Was looking for a DIP tube for my Water heater. The Staff was super professional and directed my call to Mike in the warehouse. Mike went out of his way to verify the length of the tube and called me back with all the details. This is awesome service - I was so pleasantly surprised by it. Will definitely shop again.

We stopped in for a simple question about a medicine cabinet and the staff person was less than helpful and told us she would Google for us. Ha! Would expect a little more knowledge at a specialty shop. Don't waste your time and go to the specialty store that begins with a K in Cincy. Much more knowledgeable and helpful.

I experienced a delay in receiving plumbing parts from another store. When I called the store, Lisa answered. She was SO helpful to get the right parts for me ordered and was able to get my parts shipped in quickly. She even went above and beyond to find a similar part for me so I wouldn’t have to wait as long. I’m so grateful for her and I highly recommend shopping here for your parts because of the excellent customer service! I know I’ll be back with any needs.

Josh and his team worked really hard to get the job done and make sure you’re comfortable with repairs before just packing everything up. He did a thorough inspection making sure we were getting the right service needed. Price was very understandable compared to others. This company was very pleasant to work with.

Found Pro-tech via recommendations on Reddit and I'm so glad we called them. Not only are they knowledgeable about what they're doing, they are honest about what is actually needed. Had 2 other estimates prior to them and both of those wanted to do triple the work for 5 times the cost. They were very punctual and timely with getting the repairs done. Will definitely recommend and use again.

They helped me uninstall the old dishwasher and install the new dishwasher after the people I'd originally paid to do it told me they couldn't because the dishwasher was hardwired. I was very pleased with the service, and they were so lovely to work with.
