Josh and his team SAVED US after a nasty sewer line backup in our finished basement. Not only did he help me file the insurance claim, he also had the expertise to avoid digging up the whole front yard to line the pipe (which was the only option given to us by other companies). Josh and his team did an excellent job tearing out and replacing the cast-iron sewer stack in our older home. They minimized plaster repairs needed and kept mess to an absolute minimum. Hardwood floors were protected at all times. Along the way they fixed a number of smaller issues, while also advising us which larger replacement jobs could safely wait. Hard working and courteous.

Josh Nuñez was a life-saver when a DIY install turned into a much bigger plumbing issue that compromised the only bathroom in the house. He was prompt, professional, empathetic and educational. I was attempting to install a bidet by myself and instead of making me fee like I made a mistake he congratulated me on first attempting myself. He explained where I went wrong, corrected the issue quickly and made sure the bidet was installed properly. I can't index enough on the professionalism and how safe I, as a single woman, felt in my own home while Josh completed the work. 11/10 recommend and will be using exclusively moving forward.

Plumbing and sewer issues can easily break the bank, but Josh was transparent about cost (came in way under other quotes) communicated through the whole process, and delivered great quality work in the time frame we needed. Would highly recommended.

My wife and I live in a home built in 1928. The original cast iron plumbing stack reached its final days. After several attempts to maintain contact with and receive an estimate from a reputable, local plumbing company, I decided it was obviously time to look elsewhere for help.

I spent a few days scouring the internet, searching for another local company to hire and support. Pro-Tech Home Solutions was the only entity that specifically called out stack repair and replacement as a provided service. Many others had questionably mixed reviews.

On Pro-Tech's website, I submitted a message detailing our concerns. The next day, Joshua Nuñez contacted me directly. We scheduled a date to evaluate the degrading stack. Josh devised a plan of action, confidently educating me within the conversation. On the same day, I received an estimate to review and approve.

It was time to schedule the project. Josh was very flexible and accommodating, presenting a short list of available days to choose from. I felt at ease knowing this plumbing problem was soon to be resolved.

On the morning of the project's start date, Joshua and two members of his team arrived. The four of us had a little huddle in the basement to review the scope of the project, making sure everyone was on the same page. This was fantastic! When the work began, I felt more than comfortable trusting everything in the hands of the Pro-Tech team.

Surfaces were protected from possible debris and damage. A partition was suspended in our guest bedroom to help prevent dust and debris from spreading as a result of making a hole in the plaster wall for access to the plumbing. This process was minimally invasive.

In the end, the partial replacement of our stack took less than one workday to complete. Prep for and recovery from the project were both easy to deal with. I'm glad Isaiah and Jeff were on task. They were great to work with, professional, and courteous.

It's been nearly two months, and I can say that my wife and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience we had. Josh and his guys were great, they worked with us on special considerations for our old home and replaced our water heater in only a few hours. Minimal disruption, great end result, and a good price for all the work done. Would definitely use these guys again!

I had a great time working with Josh! We got a few quotes for our basement plumbing remodeling project and Josh's was reasonable so we went with it and couldn't be happier!

We ended up getting a shower, toilet, two sinks, a floor drain covered - all connecting to the existing 6" clay sewer main under the concrete floor and attaching to the main 4" vertical stack. We had permits pulled for this process and Josh's team passed every one of them.

They tore out the existing concrete, replumbed the complicated request, repoured the concrete, ran new water lines, set the shower base, set the toilet, and installed the fixtures for the sinks and shower.

They even installed an additional clean out on the floor (without requesting it) to make it easier for the next guy if the main line needs to be jetted out or relined.

I'd recommend them!

Josh wasn’t able to come out but he sent two technicians in his place. Nick and Jeff were quick, quiet, respectful and efficient. They had to cut out a large piece of drywall and replace my cast iron sewage stack, as well as a few other pipes in the wall. The only thing they left behind was a little dust that I was able to quickly wipe up! They were very upfront about what was being done and it was all very fairly priced (with an excellent financing option!) Will definitely use ProTech again in the future!
