We all know what it's like to work on plumbing and you go over to the Ace Hardware thinking that you'll get what you need. Don't do it and go to Noel's Plumbing Supply first. If I had I would have saved myself so much heartache and so many days without any water in my house!

Bottom-line that I bought an old house and had to replace the valves in the old clawfoot tub. Valves for different types of faucets are notoriously hard to match and neither Ace nor Home Depot could begin to give me help. The old man at Home Depot said there's only one place for you to go and that's Noel's Plumbing Supply.

I went there showed them the part I needed, showed them a picture of the faucet I was dealing with and they handed me the part and I was on my way and now I just got done taking a shower and life is good.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, hard to find items not carried by most big box stores.

I don't live in Cincinnati so haven't visited the actual store. However I found their website when searching google for a part I needed. I needed a replacement shower cartridge and none of my local hardware stores had the specific one I needed. I found the right cartridge for sale on Noel's website. I appreciated that their webpage had photos from customers so I could be sure of what I was ordering. Ordered and the part was delivered to my house the next morning. Thank you!

I bought a stem for 8'' Mansfield 300 outdoor tap, I asked for guidance and they explained how to replace it.
However it seems that the current screw doesn't fit the stem, so when I tried to tighten it it scratched it and now even the correct screw doesn't work.
So I wanted to replaces the stem the next day I bought however they refused since it is damaged.
I expected a better customer service after one day.

Needed a gasket for the tank to bowl on a 30 year old Gerber toilet. Noel's had it in stock! Great shipping and the gasket was smaller than original but worked perfectly. Got you guys bookmarked!

Great service and excellent knowledge of vintage valves and stems. Txted a few photos. They messaged me back with the exact fit for a shelf back sink and 1950’s Kohler shower.

The pull down sprayer in the kitchen sink stopped working. I did a reverse Google search and found the part I needed at Noel's Plumbing Supply. Per the instructions on their website, I sent, via text, a photo of the faucet and sprayer, just to make sure I would get the right part. I thought it would be the next day hearing from anyone since it was almost 8:30 on Tuesday night. Within 10 minutes, I had a reply with the link to the part I needed! I ordered and paid online, and received the spray head Fiday afternoon. It was exactly what I needed ( same style, color and brand)! Exceptional service! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs or hard to find parts!

Took Mr.Wize 6 hours to replace a sink and seal a toilet. He was late at first, then left midway without telling anyone for about 2 hours.

Arrived on time, they answered all my questions, made very helpful suggestions and showed me on the camera exactly what they were looking at and why each thing they did was important. Very satisfied. I will certainly not hesitate to call again if needed!

The level of detail taken to insure elevations are correct to have water flowing towards main catch basins goes beyond all expectations. The care taken to insure underground utilities will not be damaged is also beyond expectations. The same care has been demonstrated to avoid damage to landscaping. Been using Tischbein for 3 years to upgrade subsurface drains and would not consider any other contractor in the Greater Cincinnati Ohio area.

Brent and his team were courteous, professional, very easy to work with! They also did an amazing job on our drainage and sump pump. We have some very extreme landscaping with large rocks that needed to be moved. I could not believe how beautifully they put everything back.

Do yourself a favor and pick these guys! If you need service line or plumbing services, without doubt, this is the company to go with. The family running Tischbein Co are genuine, honest, professional, and pricing is great. They came out first thing in the morning the next day and had my clog handled in under two hours. I don't typically get excited about Plumbing but I couldn't be happier with Tischbein's quality of service. They just earned a customer for life and I definitely recommend them.
