We needed to fix a shoddy job from another plumber. Brent and his father were able to come up with an effective solution where other plumbers had completely given up. Their work is absolutely amazing and we were so satisfied with their end product. Not only did they fix multiple problems, but also gave some recommendations that saved us money. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were thorough, straight forward and highly professional. Would refer them for any work and will call them for any future plumbing needs.

Excellent service! I had a problem with my sump pump/downspout drainage system, the guys did a great job to locate a cut in the pipe, and a collapsed section of pipe. They did a full inspection and discovered another cut in the main line that was due to a utility contractor’s mistake. The location of the damage was marked by flags and depths, the location was precise and I was able to find and repair the damage thanks to their expertise. Thanks, it’s nice to work with craftsman that know their trade and provide a helpful service!

Used our forklift to move supplies around without permission and one of the employees drove it through our front door damaging door and frame. He Said he was going to pay for it. Now he will not answer phone calls and is avoiding me. Steve Henn is not a professional. Would not recommend him or his company.

My hot water heater went out on a Friday morning and by Friday evening they had installed a new one. Kris in the office was very helpful and pleasant and when the help arrived they were clean and efficient. Very happy. Great local business.

Cut a 18x18 hole in my ceiling for $300 all to tell me there weren’t any issues with the plumbing. Didn’t fix a single thing and walked away with $300. Was told it had to be an issue with my shower and may cost $10k to install a brand new shower...was told the owner would call to verify, inspect personally, all of which never happened because he didn’t have the curiosity to call me. It took me calling for three weeks to get ahold of the owner, who ultimately told me he would not be out to inspect himself. Really disappointing service and very disheartening to be told that I potentially have a $10k issue over my head for 3 weeks with no follow up. That’s not right - do your research and go elsewhere for plumbing service.

Been using Eckhoff plumbing for years, with both my Residential Facilities, as well as my personal home. The crew is excellent, the office staff is excellent, and Jim is such a great guy. Very personable and cares about his customers.

I had a water pressure problem. The emergency valve was leaking water every time we would have the hot water on. The guy who showed up did an awesome job. He installed a new valve, set it at the right pressure. No more leaking water. I recommend this company to anyone needing plumber services. I will use them again if the need arises.

Ryan was amazing! Got the shutoffs installed to find the shower mixer cartridge had welded itself with calcium to the mixer. Ryan got a new mixer and installed it in the same day!!!! Maybe a little more than I thought I'd have to spend, but good work costs money. Thanks Ryan!!!

Outstanding. May Plumbing is the only plumber we have used for 15+ years. He can diagnose and repair the problem on the first visit, 95% of the time. He is honest, trustworthy, and knows his stuff. Highly recommend his services.
