A couple of weeks ago I called this company because I had a leaking pipe in my laundry room. I asked if they would be able to send someone to fix it that day and was assured they would. They said a plumber would be calling me soon. After waiting 5 hrs (my floor was covered with water) I called back and said no one had contacted me. A half hour later someone called and said they were 24/7 and to "be patient"; they had my info. After another hour went by, my patience had run out so I called a different plumbing company who sent a plumber within 45 minutes. I NEVER heard back from Affordable 24-7 Services. I will not do business with this company. Unacceptable customer service.

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!

There website advertises free estimates. They will provide no pricing over the phone and they charge $99 to come out. They offered a credit of $99 but only if you have them actually do the service. So if there estimate is too high and you turn them down your out $99. Not really a free estimate is it. Shady stuff.

Very professional, timely, and offered multiple options to clear drain backup. It was good to know that they were going to be able to fix it no matter what it took.

The job was done by Michael Conigliaro. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. I felt comfortable that he had my best interests in mind and he executed a huge job perfectly. They’re my new plumbers moving forward, it’s a no brainer!

Great turnaround time from my initial call to the appointment. I was only going to get an estimate, but since the quoted price was reasonable and Matt could do the repair same day (outdated gas valve replacements), I accepted the service and am so glad I did! I’ll definitely be calling again for future services.

Had a tech condemn my water heater, but I decided to have some friends just help me replace it myself and save some money. My breaker panel isn't labeled so we had to flip each one to trace it down. Once we found the correct one and reset it the water heater came back on and started working fine. Could've been out 2k if I let Mr. Rooter do it. Either the tech was incompetent or they wanted to swindle me. Either way not trusting them to do any more work.

The crew that came out to perform the actual work was terrific - worked with the tools they had in hand.
Unfortunately the breakdown was between the office and the field. I was very specific about the issue and what would be needed to resolve it. I requested that a crew with water jet capability come and that did not filter down to the field crew. So what we had was a 75’ auger which wasn’t even e ouch length to get from one clean out to the next. They also had no way to remote power the auger - fortunately I had an EV with 120v outlets which we backed near the site and worked from there.
Again - good crew on the ground - poor communications from the dispatcher office.

Had a great experience with David & his partner at Mr. Rooter. They were professional, polite, and incredibly quick. Pricing was very reasonable and felt fair for the work done. Highly recommend.

Overcharging for everything Not sure who to call for complain called multiple times they hear me and said someone will reach out toe but no one did.
I asked technician for the first time can they do inspection and let me know the pricing for repair my main drain line instead they made clean out and hydrojetted and told me this will resolve my issue..
I said ok but they they found new issue and gave me pricing of $13000 wow and overcharged me $3500 for $500 work for clean out. Now I found other plumber who did everything for 3100 and they made 3 clean out and did better job what Mr rooter does.

Same day service got issue completely fixed by next day. Quick, efficient, and amazing work with minimal clean up on my end. Overall will be going with Mr.Rooter again 10 out of 10 in my book.

Mike was very professional, and even helped me find a discount. They showed up an hour after they called me, which was great. I didn't get the work done yet due to other obligations, but will definitely call them again!

Craig showed up early. Was a consummate professional. He quickly diagnosed
the issue and the solution. I would definitely recommend this company and Craig! If I have any future plumbing issues, you're company is the first on my list. I should note, this is the second time I have needed their service (different issues) and I have no problem recommending this company to anyone needing plumbing service!

Our plumber was quick, very thorough and tried every possible way to get our toilet back in working condition before suggesting a total replacement. He was able to save us a lot of money, and did a wonderful job. We have used Mr Rooter several times now. I have been pleased each time we have done so.

Josh was polite and professional. He inspected the drain issue and provided us with a job estimate. Along the way, he educated us on how the drain system works and the likely cause of the backup. The estimate seemed fair and included a 10% senior discount.

Josh E. was incredibly professional, honest, and helpful. He was able to fix my bathroom sink quickly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs!

Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed my toilet efficiently. I was very happy with his work.

Update: Unfortunately, a leak occurred later that night that should have been noticed at his visit. I called Mr. Rooter again, they came out and quoted me a MAJOR rebuild more than $500 when I just paid them over $300 to fix the toilet in the first place.

Austin Tidwell was incredibly respectful and helpful. He’s an amazing guy who really listen to customers. He also made sure to thoroughly clean the area where he worked. I’ll definitely call Austin again for any future plumbing needs.
