I was without hot water for two days. I called Mr Rooter and a man by the name of Josh. Ewen came out and tested all the parts to my water heater. He told me what could be done to fix it temporarily and what could be done permanently, such as a new water heater. He was very explanatory and very kind and very respectful. And he was very knowledgeable of the water heater.

Caleb was a cool professional tech. He assessed the issue quickly, explained the job in detail and quoted me a price before any work was done. The job got stubborn at one point but he plowed through literally with the final touch! As a former electrician of 40 years I could appreciate Caleb's hard work. MR ROOTER kept me updated on arrival time and kept their word. Even offered me an earlier window where others couldn't make it for 3 days. Very professional outfit. Have already recommended to family and friends.

Cannot rave enough at the amazing techs and excellent service I was provided today using Mr Rooter! Had an unexpected water line bust overnight (something I’ve never witnessed or experienced anything like it nor would i ever recommend anyone else have to deal with the kind of horror!) I was super stressed with anxiety not knowing how or what could have caused my water to just up and start not just running by itself but flooding my kitchen and bathroom at 3:30 this morning! I called Mr Rooter after a wonderful experience I had with them for the first time last year for an unexpected back up in my home that needed to be cleared! From the super nice and helpful ladies (and gentlemen) that answered my initial call @11:30 this morning needing help and was able to get me a technician to be able to come out between 2-4pm! Just a few short hours later! The initial tech was Eric Major that came out and assessed the situation was super friendly, helpful and professional! He Provided me with all my options right up front to find the right solution that best fit my situation and budget! It’s the first time I’ve had a company that is truly there to try and help serve their clients in the best possible way that’s right for them and not what would be easiest or most financially beneficial for them to make money! The type of issue I had required a more in-depth service that required another technician (an equally awesome, friendly and beyond helpful and thorough tech who’s name is Marco Cota-pic of his business card is attached, your welcome lol) to have to come out to complete the work within an hour of finishing up with diagnosing the issue! I can give enough praise on how awesome Marcus was providing excellent service and above and beyond patience and amazing quality of work performing the initial necessary repairs along with being able to offer much needed other maintenance items that have been needing to be done that were possibly thanks to providing me the savings and discounts of being able to combine them in one trip instead of at a later time to end up having to pay separate service fees! Within a matter of a couple hours he was able to get my 2 shut off valves replaced, new line ran to my dishwasher which by the way was the culprit to all that unexpected massive water flooding in the middle of the night with just a teeny tiny tear on the hose that caused all that mess on a dishwasher that we haven’t used in years!! 🥺! He was also able to remove the much needed run down and unusable garbage disposal on the left side of my sink and replaced with fully functional and free flowing drain and pipes giving me back the ability to have a functioning 2 sided sink again after years of being out of commission! I know this review is a super long winded one and hoping it doesn’t turn others off from reading into it but wanted to provide in depth just how awesome not only the company is as a whole but the amazing staff and service that everyone involved is in every step of the way! If your needing an affordable, honest quick and thorough plumber I can recommend these awesome people enough!!!

window well drain full of mud. they couldn't clear it, bit the tech tried and was super polite and worked hard. they did not charge me because it couldn't be unclogged. Again they were super help great communication and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

The employee did a great job. He wore shoe protectors and thoroughly explained what he found and gave me two remedies. He was courteous, friendly and seemed vary knowledgeable about what he was doing. However, $619.28 to snake a toilet, I’ll probably use a Hispanic firm next time. I’m sure they would be more competitive in pricing for the same work

I enjoyed my customer experience with Zach from Mr. Rooter. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very friendly. It was such a positive experience we did not look into a second opinion on our issue.

I called Mr. Rooter a little after 11p.m. to fix a busted water line on Monday, February 2 and set up service for today the 3rd. Eric and Wade showed up at the time I was told to expect them and greeted me kindly with smiles and reassurance that they would get the repair done. They were very accommodating and went the extra mile to avoid any unnecessary damage to interior walls during the repair. They were patient, answered all my questions and presented me with 2 pricing options to choose from. They did not attempt to upsell me in any way, which I appreciated. I highly recommend these two technicians in the future and will be a repeat client should the need arise.

Marco did a excellent job getting the job done. He should us how much he cared about what we are going through. Told us step by step what he is doing and even showed us things to. He did a great job cleaning up after himself to. Gave us a good recommendation for a Restoration team to come out and take care of the rest.We prayed to God that we would get a good and caring person to get the water out. He sure answered Our Prayers he sent us the Best to us. Thanks Mr. Rooter head training team and trained him well. Mr. Rooter never disappoints us. We’ve used them multiple times and they’re always prompt and well competitive in pricing. In my recent experience, our 25 year old water heater finally gave out. I received quotes from 3 different companies and Mr. Rooter had them beat. I’m also an Advantage member which helped tremendously. We had the pleasure of working with Audie R. who is an energetic, funny, friendly and very honest technician. He completed our job in less than 3 hours alongside his partner. He cleaned the existing pan very nicely and installed our new unit in a nick of time. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Audie for their plumbing services. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Rooter! We had a gas leak coming from our water heater and they were able to get to us right away, fix the leak and then come out the next day to replace the water heater. Our tech, Ryan, was very personable, friendly and professional!

Marco did an excellent job clearing our kitchen sink drain and redoing the undersink piping. Very quick work, cleaned up completely before he left. Drain works so much better! Highly recommend Marco to take care of your plumbing needs!

We had some pipes freeze up in her house with an urgency to be fixed so I searched Google and found Mr. Rooter. I called them up and they had somebody out within the next day which I was really surprised. Craig showed up right on time and was very professional and upfront about the cost and things that it would need going forward he went above and beyond explaining everything to me that was needed to get the water going again he had to crawl into a very small crawlspace underneath the house Which most plumbers would not even do considering the technicality in it he went under there and videotaped everything for me to show me the problems that were going on and then gave me a fair price to have everything done correctly. He spent probably over two days there working on this to get it done correctly. He went above and beyond and stayed late to get the job done and subzero temperatures. He was more concerned about me and my kids that himself. He finally got everything unfroze and new pipe was added. The price was exactly where I needed to be at when I thought it was going to be thousands. I can’t say enough about Craig in the job that he did. He is very thorough professional, and on point with his company. Communication was excellent as well with Missy. You can’t go wrong with this company. You will not be disappointed, thank you so much. This house is over 200 years old so he had really troubleshoot to fix it!

Absolutely the best plumbing service in the city! You get the expertise and experience of the father and the young, eager energy of the son. They solved a problems for me that three other companies were unable to sort out. Their fees are super reasonable and they have a positive, can-do attitude. I am happy to give my business to a locally owned company.

Had a burst pipe that needed to be repaired. Received an estimate from S&K with a low and a high range separated by $100. They did the job, never mentioned any issues or complications, and then gave me a final invoice for 33% OVER the high end of their estimate claiming it took longer than they estimated. Well, sorry, but that kind of increase should have been discussed with me. Since it wasn't, Servizzi and Knabe should have eaten AT LEAST half of the overage. When given the opportunity to do so, they said nothing. It's a shame because they were very nice, and it seems, did fine work. But 33% over the estimate was a slap in the face.

Master plumber who knows what he is doing, and always has a fair price. Tom Knabe is the greatest.
