A couple of days ago, I woke up to water rolling down my laundry room wall. I looked under my kitchen sink and found water. I immediately called the owner of KHP, Ken Herbert, and he had his scheduler call me back to have a plumber come out that afternoon. Jim was great, figured out exactly what had happened and was able to replace the disposal unit and eliminate the leaking water ASAP. Very satisfied with my experience.

I am so glad I finally decided to get my (many) plumbing issues fixed. Tree roots had fully invaded my drain pipes, old pipes were leaking and a rusty water heater needed replaced. I had never used Ken Herbert Plumbing before but read some really good reviews on HomeAdvisor and took a leap of faith. The crews (plumbers, concrete sawers and layers, etc.) were all fantastic, friendly and very professional through it all. A special thank you to Tony and Eric, who also always kept me informed and up to date. I highly recommend you give this company a call for any plumbing issues you may have. I am ecstatic and now believe I will make it through 2020 !

I am in the process of purchasing a house and was in need of a septic scope for home inspection. Mike called ahead before he arrived and addressed any issues he found and recommended solutions. When making the appointment, I voiced my concerns on the deadline I had been given and Rene was able to get me an appointment that was within 2 business days. Overall great service and would love to use them again if need be.

We had a clogged kitchen sink, right before Thanksgiving. Ken Herbert called me back at 9pm and sent a plumber out at 8am the next day. The plumber Jimmy was awesome. He fixed the problem, cleaned up the area and was very personable. I highly recommend.

I have used Ken Herbert Plumbing several times and they have been awesome. Last time I used them my toilet would not go down and they came out right away. When they were here I talked to the technician, Jay, about my garbage disposal. He said it needed to be replaced and he gave me the cost and also set up the appt with no problems. I used a different plumber to fix my toilet and within a week the toilet started to run again. Would call this company again when I have a plumbing issue. GREAT COMPANY AND GET TECHICIANS!

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Ken Herbert Plumbing. From first call with the office staff, we knew we would be taken care of. They came exactly when they said, resolved the issue with ease. Jason was one of the nicest contractors I’ve worked with over the years! They had our heat back on within a few hours after an emergency gas leak. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

The crew that came out did an excellent job replacing three of my underground downspout lines. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and when they finished, everything looked like they hadn't even been here. The work was done in a day and you could tell they care about the quality of the work they do. I would highly recommend them and I don't do that very often. A highly satisfied customer!

Kemphaus is a lifesaver. After dealing with 4 other plumbers with a major sewer issue for months, Ralph came in assessed the problem and did the repairs quickly at a much more reasonable price than anyone else. I will use him from now on and would give him six stars if I could.

We could not have been happier with the work, the professionals and courtesy we got from Kemphaus Water Solutions. They went well above and beyond. They even hooked up the faucet to the bathroom and replaced the stationary tub neitber of which were part of the job and they never mentioned or even charged us for. They just did it. Typically when you have this kind of quality work and service you pay a bit more but i was surprised at how reasonable they were. And best of all, whenthey said whenthey would start and finish.......they did. Would highly recommend, you wont be disappointed

Kemphaus water solutions did an amazing job, after having 3 other companies either quote us too high or stop responding we found kemphaus. They were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and quick with the job. They went above and beyond for us and I would recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing done to their house

Ralph has saved us on more than one occasion! They are a great company and get the job finished quickly and correctly!

We used Kemphaus Water Solutions several years ago and were very pleased, so we tried contacting them for another service. No response to several phone calls or to the online quote request. I finally reached Ralph and he said he would stop by on Monday but never showed. I tried calling several times during the day but again, no response. I'm disappointed but I have to take my business elsewhere.

Kemphaus recently came to my house and installed a sump pump that is going to save my basement from future water damage. Ralph explained every step of the process to me which helped me understand the plumbing better. The team working on my basement did a fantastic job and kept everything clean as they worked. They had to put a pipe through part of my garden/yard and when I went to look at it I couldn't even tell where they dug to put the pipe! Very happy with the service and will definitely call them again for any future problems!
