Could not have gone better. Two toilets installed perfectly and in less time than I expected, both bathrooms were left clean. Great communication with the office throughout. Used this company before, so I'm twice pleased with the good service and good price.

My experience with these guys was not good. I hired them to replumb a kitchen and bathroom in Cincinnati. They were expensive, not very responsive to my calls early on, and the work in my opinion was subpar. Then they gave me grief and threatened to send my bill to a collections agency after they forgot to bill me for the final payment. They handled the whole thing pretty poorly. I would not recommend them.

Had a leaky vent pipe in my wall. The vent pipe was replaced with a speedy valve and the troublesome steel pipe was cut loose in the attic. One thing I wish would have occurred is when the vent pipe in the attic was being modified the seal at the roof line was broke. This should have been part of the work in my opinion. Otherwise Tony did a great job was courteous to my family. He took the time to help troubleshoot the problem correctly.

Mike did a great job clearing a wash basin drain in our laundry room that was causing an odd odor in our kitchen. We highly recommend Ken Herbert Plumbing for honest plumbing services at fair prices.

I was very happy with the service. On the Friday before Easter, they initially said they probably wouldn't be out until Monday. When I said the toilet was clogged and I only have one bathroom, they had someone here in just a couple of hours. Mike was professional and got the job done! Thanks!

We had a problem with our main water line. I left a message on Saturday. I was called back on Sunday and an appointment was set up for Monday. Jimi came out and thoroughly checked the situation. He did the job completely in a very professional manner. We were very pleased and hope to have Jimi back should there be future problems.

I have used Herbert plumbing for a number of times. The service men very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They have always left doing quality work. Must of all….they have done the job right…the first time. I highly recommend Herbert

I used Homeadvisor to find this company because they connect customers with contractors to provide FREE ESTIMATES on work to be performed. 5 contractors in my home this week for various jobs, NO CHARGE. I submitted information on a plumbing issue contacted by the company 9/2 to schedule an appointment on 9/5. Tech was here less than 5 minutes to tell me my problem was a simple one that was easily fixed by me. He then requested payment of a service call fee of $79. I told him Homeadvisor estimates are free. He stated he had only been with the company one month & never used Homeadvisor & called his boss. The owner basically told him it didn't matter & I was still responsible so I asked why was I not advised of a service fee when they called to schedule the appointment? He asked if it was a woman & stated their weekend staff doesn't know what they are doing. I confirmed wtih Homeadvisor there shouldn't be any fee & refused to pay they charge. This company threw their own employees under the bus & seems to be dishonest.

Jason was on time, friendly, informative, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and did a great job, better than I was expecting. The water was off for only about 20 minutes I think, it wasn't long at all. I'm glad I called Ken Herbert Plumbing.

Mike and his assistant did an excellent job of finding the problem. It was 2 fold. The took a snake and ran it down the kitchen sink pipe but it was still backing up. They then cut the pipe Wich had the air mechanical vent attached. Once they replaced that it started working perfectly.

Very quick to fit us into their schedule. Jimi arrived on time, was very consultative, professional, and willing to do the job correctly. Fair pricing and great results. Would definitely recommend!

Tony and Guy were awesome. They were both polite and professional. I am so glad to have my new pipes in and am able to do the dishes in the sink and not my bathtub! I am no longer worried about any leaks going down into my basement. Thanks for all the help!

An item was flushed down the toilet by mistake. It clogged the toilet. Called Ken Herbert Plumbing. MIke was here in less than an hour. Unclogged the toilet. He was friendly, and did the job promptly. He knows what he's doing. So happy with their service. They are great!

Plumbers were friendly and helpful. Service was significantly more expensive than I expected, not sure if that was due to the parts cost or the labor cost. Replacement outdoor spigot leaked from the stem later that day. An easy thing for me to fix by simple tightening.

Mike arrived at the agreed upon time in the morning. He was friendly and courteous. He showed me the trouble with the flush of the toilet right after removing the lid. Easy peasy. He also took the wiggle out of the toilet so now it is very secure and a tight fit. Solved the problem and clean up any mess within a half hour. Very pleased with the service and with Mike.

Jason listened and validated my concerns while preforming a thorough investigation of our plumbing. He was kind and open to discussing our options based on our needs. I felt like all my needs were met at the time of service and I will call again for future concerns.

Highly recommend Ken Herbert plumbing company. They helped us recover from a plumbing nightmare for a reasonable cost. All the staff was very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and punctual. They took the time to explain everything they were doing to help make us feel comfortable, since we were replumbing the whole house. We were nervous about having the basement floor torn up to facilitate some of the fixes required, and even though it was very loud, the project went off very smoothly. Everyone was great but Rob saw the project through to completion and did a fantastic job. Thank you!! we will definitely be using you for any future plumbing needs.

David was professional and courteous! He diagnosed the problem quickly and had to run out for a part but was back quickly and made the repair. (Before he left to get the part he gave me an estimate for the work). I have used Ken Herbert Plumbing before and certainly will call them in the future if needed.

We scheduled an appointment on Thursday to have them come out to clear a clogged drain. After coming into our house without any shoe coverings and proceeded to walk on our very light bedroom carpet. (I put a sheet down to protect my carpet from their boots) Richard said he couldn't clear the drain with a snake and would come back the next morning at 8:00 to clear the clog by cutting a hole in the drywall. The mirror had to taken off the wall and as we were waiting for their 8am arrival the office called at 9am to cancel our appointment. They said they couldn't come until Monday. After scheduling another plumbing company they called Friday morning to say they had down time on their morning job and could come right away. I declined the offer.
I will add that the other company was prompt and was able to clear the clog without cutting a hole in the wall.
