I am so pleased with the service Benjamin Franklin Plumbing provided. I was awaken by large amounts of water spraying in my garage due to two pipes bursting. Called BFP and they answered quickly and sent a technician immediately out that took care of our issue. He was efficient and fast fixing the problem. Thank you BFP team.

I'm amazed at how much I enjoyed this plumber. Ethan my service technician is just a joy to work with. He survyed the issue, walked me through the the diagnostics and addressed the issues. Just a fun guy to be around and a great ambassador for the company. He said his profile he wants to create lasting bond with customers seemed loke fluff, but the insightful candor and skill at his job more than lived up to the hype. Just excellent value and service.

This was our second experience with the company. They are very punctual. We like their policy of providing the quote during the evaluation. It was nice to receive a senior discount. We'll definitely use for any future plumbing needs.

Have pressurized water tank for cistern that would sometimes not auto-refill. My service guy was very helpful in explaining in detail how the system should work. Tank wasn't providing enough pressure. Successfully re-pressurized. Answered all my questions. Thanks

Our tech Ethan Tolliver was exceptional from start to finish. He didn’t just treat us like a customer he treated us like family. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the repairs needed. He made the whole process enjoyable. We look forward to working with Ethan and his company in the future if anything is needed. William Owens came out and replaced the power vent on our water heater. He knew his job of the repair very well. He was genuinely concerned about our lack of hot water and replaced the part in less than 30 minutes. We are very pleased by the overall service we have received so far. We had a new tankless water heater installed after the repair and the whole process was great from start to finish. Chris and Jordan were the two install techs on the tankless eater heater. They also extended our natural gas line so we could put a gas stove in. This is honestly the best experience we’ve ever had from a company. I would highly recommend them for your next service.

Joseph was awesome. He did a fabulous job in getting the sink working again. He worked quickly and was very friendly. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for any of your plumbing needs.

Bill is fantastic. I will not work with another plumber unless it is Bill. I was quoted 2 guys 1200 for 6 hours. They got the job done in less than 4. Installed the new heat tape and insulation on the pipes. He even sat down with me at my original appointment to show me what I needed, where to buy it, what a good price was etc. He is amazing

Casey and Jack came out two days in a row for a frozen ditch line pipe and sump pump issue. They worked diligently and quickly. They were respectful, explaining every step; oftentimes, repeating what they were doing so my elderly mother understood. In addition to their customer service and work ethic, they have been to our home on previous service calls and have a relationship with my mother which keeps down her anxiety. Those two fellas should be commended on superb service!

Cole did an excellent job troubleshooting our garbage disposal problem and installing a new one. He checked everything carefully and explained what he did and why. We would definitely like to have him come for any future repairs or installs.
