Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was everything I could’ve asked for and more. Ethan was so respectful and happy to answer all my questions!! He kept me updated through out the entire process & made sure I was informed of all my options. He definitely showed me he takes pride in his job and his attention to detail in his work shows! He replaced my shower handle stem and handle. Complete Install of a new main water shutoff with a pressure regulator valve, and an expansion tank, both of which entailed very restricting and difficult location and placement. Luckily Ethan’s positive attitude and efficient work relieved the stress of such a big, unexpected repair. Great experience. Absolutely happy with my choice. 100% recommend. 10/10.

they were a pleasure to work with! we needed them in a pinch when we were in an inspection period with a house we were under contract to buy, and they got to us ASAP. and we used them to fix our plumbing issue as soon as we bought the home!

edit: had to use them a second time and they were just as amazing to work with! William serviced our call both times and was great.

Casey arrived early, which was actually good. He immediately started working and the job got more complicated. Blocked, broken and frozen-over sewer pipe didn’t stop him. He thawed the cleanout, cleared the blockages and finally got the sink draining. Thank you!

Scheduled an appointment for a leak in my basement. Appt scheduled for 6-8pm. Called at 8:30 and 10 and both times said they would get right back to me with estimated arrival time. Nothing. Finally at 11:15 called and cancelled. Never received an update or an apology. Horrible customer service.

Devon came out and fixed both of my toilets, as a new homeowner our biggest fear is something breaking and he came in and went above and beyond. He got both my toilets fixed, both are working perfect now, and did it quickly and was very thorough. I will forever use this company for all my plumbing needs. Thank you guys for your help!

Had Ethan out the day of our issue and he was incredible. Super nice, knowledgeable, and seemed like a great dude!

Issue came the next day. We had repairs scheduled 9-1 that we stayed home from work for. We didn’t hear anything until 2pm at which point we called them. They explained they had been trying to call us, but the number they listed wasn’t ours. I explained that they had CALLED ME the day before on my correct number, and it was the number we provided. For all that they said they wouldn’t be able to send someone out until the next day, which would be another day missed from work - which they valued that at 10% off, then to 15% off. We pushed for the “guarantee” they put on all their vans and websites since he admitted it was their fault (again they had called the right number the day before), and they said they couldn’t go about 15%

Bummed a strong start with our wonderful tech Ethan turned into corporate greed not understanding how big of a pain it is for people to miss full days of work for their mistakes

Joseph has done such good work at my home that I had him go to my parents house today. He figured out the issue & repaired it quickly. He is incredibly knowledgeable & extremely helpful with all plumbing matters I’ve come across in my home. I highly recommend him. He goes above & beyond.

Tech eventually tried to resolve the root of my problem after I persisted and asked for help. But we had someone out yesterday because of a leak from the first floor bathroom dripping into the basement.

The leak “resolved” and there was no visible evidence of the leak the following day when someone came back to service it.

The tech came out and was telling me there was nothing to be done because there was no visible water on the day. I had to push for service to the drains despite both of the techs who visited the home agreeing there was a clog somewhere. If I’m having you out to service the home, I expect more professionalism than just welp sometimes it’s like that.

Sewer lateral was clogged. Backup was coming out of basement floor drain in closet area.

First visit (2-hrs) identified root intrusion in the pipe. Second visit (2-hrs) utilized 1,500 psi hydrojet equipment to break through two root intrusion locations in the pipe.

The technicians were very knowledgeable, professional and informative. They were on-time and were very respectful of the property. The access and work areas were
left exactly as they were. I was also advised to use Root-X twice per year.

The first visit change was $470… but I received a credit for this amount on the second visit since they didn’t have the hydrojet equipment with them. The second visit (hydrojet) cost $1,500… but I was only charged $1,030 (total for the entire job).

I was ecstatic about the entire experience.

I am so happy I decided to get a second opinion and called Benjamin Franklin! After a disappointing experience with Roto Rooter I called Benjamin Franklin and the technician, Casey, was a million times better. He found our access point, which Roto said we didn’t have, less than a minute being in our basement. Explained so much more than the other guy and he ran a camera confirming there was no blockage. Roto didn’t run a camera but wanted to charge us $480 for a problem we didn’t even have just assumed we did and said a camera would be ran after the service they wanted to preform. The free in home estimate Roto offered was the guy just looking at the pipes not in them and again couldn’t find the access point. Paying Benjamin’s service fee was absolutely worth it because they actually inspected things unlike Rotos free in home inspection! To know there wasn’t any blockage just with our plumbing being the original to the 1904 built home, but our plumbing running a bit slower and the smell can be fixed by changing a section of pipe was great to hear! Thank you Benjamin Franklin for a complete 180 experience from the other guys!

This is a review for Chris Herron and Jordan. On Oct.23,2025 they did a huge job at our home. Replaced the main stack and all remaining cast iron from 2nd floor down. 100 plus year old house with on-going plumbing issues.They spent entire day at it .These guys did not stop until finished.Easy to work with and explaining what they needed to do. Chris has been here before and very professional, knows what he is doing. Highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for a job well done.

We called Michael from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing after a broken pipe caused some water damage in our home. He coordinated perfectly with our drywall contractor to locate the leak and repaired it quickly. Michael was incredibly easy to talk to and very patient with all of our questions. We highly recommend Michael and the rest of the team for anyone in need of reliable plumbing services!

Luis did a great job. He arrived on time, was friendly and polite and completed the job for me quickly and professionally. The drain for my new washer dryer was clogged. He got it flowing quickly.

They sent 3 plumbers out with different equipment in one day to figure out what was wrong with our sump pump and are able to get the new equipment to fix it tomorrow. All were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Joseph Steffen has exceptional plumbing and customer skills. I was faced with needing a new bathroom toilet and kitchen sink. Joseph led me through the best replacement choices. His work in replacing the bathroom and kitchen plumbing was excellent. I have complete confidence in Joseph and Franklin Plumbing.

Update: Ben Franklin Plumbing sent out Ethan to fix the problem (thank ya for the paper towels) and he was very thorough with figuring out what went wrong, diagnosed it, and fixed it in a timely manner. Excellent service and he raised the bar!

Called out plumber to install hot water line to upstairs bathroom and install new shut off valves under the sink. Bathtub lines are fine, however the kitchen shut off valves were not installed correctly and I woke up to 5 paper towel rolls soaked and the bottom of kitchen sink drenched in water from both the hot and cold lines. I shut the valves off so hopefully it doesn't leak when I go to work here in a few
