The technician Marco arrived early, was quick, professional, personable, and quoted a much more reasonable price than his competition. I recommend Mr Rooter and will use again.

Scheduled service quickly and was hopeful. First day schedule 10-12 and had to reschedule after they messaged saying they were running behind schedule. I get it, it happens. The lady I spoke with on the phone was rude as I asked her if we could do 3-5 the next day she seemed hesitant so I asked if we needed to do a different day to be sure someone would come help us to which she assured me they would be here. So now I’m sitting here at 8pm after receiving several texts that they were once again running late. I considered it a lost cause but just received a phone call attempting to reschedule to tomorrow morning. When I told the man we had already rescheduled and that we would not be using their services, he asked me if I was going to fix it myself…..seriously? Will definitely not be giving this company my money and will be going elsewhere. Very rude customer service and if your time windows are an issue extend them so people aren’t left waiting and waiting when we adjust our schedules in the first place around these so called windows.

I feel bad for forgetting the technicians name but he was awesome. Great guy, precise work and amazing customer service. I will absolutely use them in the future. Also, did I say he was here within 5 hours to complete my work. Amazing.

Our Technician (Plumber) was truly great. Meticulous, helpful, good at explaining things, Prompt, and treated us like he knows what it's like to be a customer! Would definitely call Mr. Rooter back if there were any future problems (which I doubt there will be).

Mr Rooter did a fantastic job. My outside water Spicket began to leak after 20 years of being exposed to the elements. Austin was able to remove replace and did it all in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. I was especially thankful that they could get to my leak the same day that I called. I have used them before to replace a hot water tank and other plumbing needs around around the house. Great company.

Josh was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what needed to be done. He emailed the estimates along with pictures to me. It was a very positive experience.

Mr Rooter did a great job at my house and we’re not deterred by the cold temperatures. They were professional, gave great explanations of work that needed completed and quick to respond. They showed up when they said they would and took care of the problem.

I had the opportunity to meet with Craig, and while he was initially pleasant, the experience quickly became disappointing. While he and my fiancé were in the basement checking the pipes and water pressure, he located our main water valve and stated that the lever was broken and needed to be replaced.

However, my fiancé immediately went to the same lever Craig claimed was broken and was able to move it without issue. Once adjusted, the water pressure throughout the entire house significantly improved. This directly contradicted Craig’s claim that the valve was broken. Despite this, he still documented in the quote that the valve needed to be replaced.

Based on this experience, it felt dishonest and misleading. It’s extremely disappointing to feel that a problem was fabricated in order to justify unnecessary work. Unfortunately, due to this lack of integrity, I would not recommend this company. No customer should have to question whether they’re being told the truth about their own home.

Very disappointed.

So happy to have a technician come out on a Sunday without inflated pricing. He got my broken pipe fixed, after he cut through the ice in the pipe. This brutal winter has been tough! Professional, courteous, and explained everything. I will definitely be using Mr. Rooter again!

Zach was very nice. He worked hard on getting my new water heater in. A couple of things though. I heard him talking a lot. I assumed he was talking on his phone. He said he talked to his mother once. After that I don't know.
Second thing was it seemed he wasn't sure how to put the piping together. He was here over 31/2 hours which seemed like a long time.
Lastly he moved his truck from the street to my driveway which I said he could do. He broke 2 large limbs off my tree. One was not totally broken off. Now I have to get someone cut the limb down all the way off.
All in all the 2ater heater got installed and is working fine.
Mr. Rooter helped me with another job, a broken water pipe, and I was very pleased with their work and the end result. They even shoveled ice from my sidewalk that deveoped because of water leaking.
I would hire Mr. Rooter again without hesitation.

Mike C. with Mr. Rooter is wonderful. We had an emergency on a Sunday. The fitting to our whole home humidifier failed (installed by our HVAC company that could not get a plumber out on a Sunday). Water was spraying everywhere so we had to shut the water off at the main valve. Luckily we found Mr. Rooter. There was no service charge, even for emergencies. They will dispatch a repairman to give us pricing up front and we decide if we want to proceed. Mike C. arrived Sunday a.m. and stayed all day until repairs were completed. Initially Mike C. repaired (replaced the crappy shark-tooth fitting with a proper copper fitting) but it turns out the spraying water damaged the electric components in the water heater. Mike C. explained everything in detail and was determined to find a new water heater that same day. He could have easily said that he would not be able to get a new water heater until Monday as he had already repaired the water leak but he did not. He was very caring, knowledgeable and thorough. We really appreciate Mike C. and Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Had backup in shower and toilet on Sunday. Mr. Rooter was recommended by a friend. They were out in no time. We had the old cast iron plumbing in bad shape with holes & tears. It was original to the house built in 1965. Shaun came out every day to replace all the pipes inside. Upon inspection of the sewer system , it was full of cracks and holes. Special plumbing team. Aaron, Josh & Riley, put an epoxy liner in with a lifetime guarantee. Couldn't be happier!

We had a terrific plumber, David, from Mr. Rooter come to my mother's home today and install the new flushing system for her Kohler toilet. David was very quick, friendly and professional. While I still feel that all plumbing services are priced fairly high, the job David did was worth every penny!

Johnathan came out to give us an estimate, which was very reasonable. I asked when he could start the job and he ended up doing it all that same day!!! We are very pleased. We found that one of the leaks were not fixed when the valve was changed(meaning the leak is somewhere else in the pipes, the valve needed changed anyway), so they are coming back out to check it out and fix it.(edit; Johnathan came out and replaced the drain trap and completely stopped the leak!, he didn't leave until he ensured the problem was fixed.)Amazing quick work! And even recommended a handyman to come repaire the drywall. Johnathan replaced a toilet and fixed 3 showers (replacing 2 outdated valves). I highly recommend him as a service technician. He was very respectful and kind which is important especially with a house full of kids.

Mike correctly diagnosed the real problem ( not the easy fix I had envisioned) and worked tirelessly until the work was completed. I am totally pleased with his knowledge, niceness, professionalism, trustworthiness, and effectiveness. He more than exceeded my expectations! 👍👍👍👍👍

I was incredibly impressed with Roto-Rooter when I called today. It's Christmas Eve and they were able to get a plumber out to our house within two hours. I spoke with Laura on the phone and she was wonderful! To have such amazing customer service on a holiday was such a surprise and she made me feel so comforted, especially considering it was a last second Christmas emergency. Thank you Laura!

Jonathan replaced my sump pump and expansion tank on my water heater. He was very efficient and did a quick job, explaining everything he was doing. I recommend him highly.
