They came out said i had broken sewer pipe would.cost 3000 to fix man came out ran auger throw pipe it was stoped up i called office they were very rude told me i should be glad the pipe wasn't broke they kept my 1500 deposit please do not use them they will rip u off

These people are on professional. Beware. Some of my personal items went missing after this plumber showed up at 9:30 p.m. for a 4:30 p.m. scheduled​ appointment.

Attempted to do collections after never even sending an invoice or calling. One of the most unprofessional vendors we've ever used. Beware of this company.

These guys are scam. Avoid this company. They will send u a huge bill after work completion and make ur life hell. I think that's what they do.

Where can I start? Pretty much like everyone else said, the service guys are OK I guess but the billing lady is a rude biiiotch. Yellow page Ad says no service charge, truck charge, fuel charge ect.. Had minor problem and they couldn't fix it, never touched anything was there 10 mins and had to move on to more pressing matters as they said. Three weeks lator wants a bill for $98.00 hidden diagnostic charge. Oh my god what a joke! Beware of these clowns, run, run, run away!

Had service done was over priced, but they said they had a coupon and even with the coupon was over priced. I forget to send in the coupon and this crazy old lady keeps calling for the coupon and threatens legal action. AVOID this crazy company at all cost. Wish I would have check the web reviews before using this company.

I seen your reply back bragging about your bbb that no one uses anymore because its such a hassle to fill out, so guess what no one cares about it! I hope that do a search before using you and you lose out on all the business. You all stink!!!!

I have never wrote a review before BUT I think everyone should know that this company is unprofessional, rip offs I paid them to fix a gas leak when they left after 3 hrs he told me he tested it and it held when the gas company came out the said its still leaking. Now this company wants to charge me again to come out and check his work. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE affordable ain't always affordable

Litterally called to just ask if they charged to have an estimate done. Some lady answered and was being really rude asked what was wrong i said something was leaking out from under my trailer and she goes " well i need more information than that come on you gotta give me something" like if i new what was leaking why would i be calling you. your supposed to come figure that out. i told her i wasnt sure what exactly was leaking and she said well i cant help you if you dont know whats wrong and hung up on me. like seriously. talk about "great" customer service.

FIRST KNOW THIS COMPANY IS NOT, IS NOT A PART OF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND I FOUND OUT WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i give this company no stars now, first i called and had a tech out in novermber, 2016 STILL HAVE INVOICE, I needed stationary tub snaked, tech said "oh no, you need a new sink, this old one has served its purpose" told me to pay deposit , the cost of the sink, $98>00, only $98.00, i did, wrote a check, he promised to return on black friday, well he was a no show, I called, clerk had him call me, said he would be there tuesday, again, no show, made couple of calls, the receptionist wants a FULL and complete" why do YOU need to speak to MR STEVE" finally one day in MARCH, Mr Steve himself answered the phone and i explained what happened he immediately said let me look for the invoice and call you back, well they send out another tech, now i've paid for the tub IN NOVEMBER 2016!!!!!, TECH comes in then he goes outside calls the office, comes back and says "you will need new faucet and plumbing lines" WHAT???????!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course now its going to be more than $485.00, I told him that was not what i was told in NOVEMBER 2016, i declined and asked him for a refund when he said it would have to come from the office, i called and called and called, the receptionist again refusing to put Mr Steve on the phone and YELLS at me "if this is about the sink forget it" (companies are NOT the only ones who records calls for quality assurance) i got 2, 2 stationary tubs installed for $300.00 did NOT need new faucets or plumbing lines. Affordable told me $$485.00 for one, 1, sink. i complained to attorney general who gave me further instructions on what to do. But for $98.00? $98.00???? SERIOUSLY?????????

This company is a complete joke. The office manager is very rude and unprofessional. They did work at my neighbors house and flooded my basement with sewage. When I called to ask them to come check it out the office manager was rude and pretty much told me it wasn’t their problem. A decent company would have at least sent someone out. Even the employees that worked at my neighbors were complaining about what a joke this company is. I wouldn’t call them to get a sinking straw out of a glass of water as they probably couldn’t even do that right !

The BEST OF THE BEST! Very professional, knowledgeable, and the most affordable company that I found online. I called because they are 24/7and let me tell you how true that is! They came out to my home on a Sunday morning and repaired my unit and I have not had any more problems with it since they fixed it and that was over 6 months ago, good job guys thanks! I highly recommend them!

I have never written a review but these people are the most deserving of one. I called in on a Saturday evening because of their 24/7 advertisement. They came out on Sunday morning to try to get my small apartment building boiler going after the gas had been shut off to the building due to a small boiler fire. The tech, who was very nice, informed me that he was able to restart the boiler but it needed fixed the next day once the supply house opened up. His boss quoted me $898 for a one hour repair and a $200 part. I said let me think about it and i will let you know in the morning. I then made the tech aware that my hot water heater needed the pilot relit. He soon informed me his boss told him to charge me $79 to do that. What?? The tech was paid for a service call and was standing next to the hot water heatetr??? And there is a $79 charge to light it? After that, I chose not to have them fix the boiler. Tuesday I get a call from a lady asking if I was going to have them do the work, I replied...uh no. No body charges $79 to light a pilot when they are already there in the building being paid. Not to mention the astronomical price for the boiler work and part. 1 hour later I get a call from the boss. He wants to offer me a lower price in the $640 range and claims they were "guessing on the first price because it was Sunday." I'm ok with that (even if its not completely true.) When I tell him I am not interested because of the whole $79 thing on my hot water heater, he makes excuses ('Why shouldn't we charge $79? We have to pay insurance?") and finally actually says, "I dont care if you use us or not. We're busy 24/7. Dont ever call us again, we can't make everyone happy."
This company is rude, arrogant and just using the word "affordable" to suck you in. I had the job done 1st thing monday morning by a reputable company that charged $468 and happily lit my water heater.

Among the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They sent over an incompetent technician who could not diagnose the problem with the central air conditioner. He could not install a new thermostat either, but he was determined that we needed a brand new air conditioner at over $2000 plus tax. They would not provide a contract, equipment brand name, scope of work, warranty information, SEER rating or ANYTHING other than a one-page, one-item install form. No tech name, no contact details.

Why would I replace an air conditioner if 'Affordable" services could not tell me what was wrong with it?

When I finally talked to the person who said he was in charge ("Steve"), he could not provide any details, he could not read his technician's form, made up things that were not on the form, used disgusting, vulgar, profane language (called me a MF), and hung up on me. Rude and disgusting -- he should be ashamed of himself and his abominable behavior.

We will be sure to tell everyone we know about this awful, horrible, unprofessional company and will not spend a dime, let alone $2000 with them.

CHECK "Affordable Services" references: F (the worst possible) from the Better Business Bureau and a ONE-STAR (the worse possible) from Yelp...it's was not just us. This company is terrible and deserves these terrible ratings.

Save your hard-earned money and hire a professional, competent company that would be delighted to have your business and will delight you.

We hired a competent, professional HVAC service company. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem: a disconnected wire on the furnace air handler terminal block. The "broken" air conditioner is now working perfectly.

Total cost to diagnose, repair and test the a/c, including the cost to install the new thermostat from the competent company: $50. "Affordable Services" diagnostic cost: $189 to do nothing. Shame on you, Affordable Services, and on you, "Steve." We took your challenge and beat your price.

Stay away, FAR away from these incompetent crooks at "Affordable Services."

DO NOT do business with these guys. Absolutely incompetent - whoever I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment continuously out me on hold and kept talking over me when I as trying to explain the project I needed completed. I went against my better judgement and took the appointment which was a three hour window. They NEVER showed up and upon calling back the same guy told me that "he had no information, can't control everything, and knows nothing" about them not showing up."

Affordable, perhaps...if they even show up. Don't waste your time.

The technician Chuck was super nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I called another company first and they wanted $60 to walk in the door and another $398 to snake the main drain in my basement. Chuck can out and fixed the problem and it didn't even cost me half of what the first company wanted. I would hire them again for any plumbing issues.

I haven't writtten a review in my life but I feel like If I don't do this other people might not realize how HORRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE , RIDICULOUS & UNTRUSTED this company is. We hired them for jobs but let them go for one of them because they didn't show up. We decided to let them finish the other job ( main sewer line replacement) because they already started. The agreement for the price was $2995 and will take 2-3 days to finish everything if the weather was permitted. It took them almost a month to get the job done and it is not because of the weather. It will take them much longer if we don't call them every single day to ask them to finish.
They went out and drill a hole in our basement to install a new pipe and leave the hole unseal and didn't come back for a week. Unfortunately for us, we got rain on the weekend and the water ran in basement like a stream. On Friday, 8 PM our tenant called and told us their stuff got soaking wet. I wished that I can know how to post the video here. We called their plumber. Of course, no answer. My husband left him a voice mail and we also called the company phone. The lady answered the phone and told us that not their problem. After, my husband yelled at her on the phone, and she said their plumbing will give us a call. Around 9:30 PM, their plumber called back and said he couldn't come because he was busy working on another job and wouldn't be able to show up until midnight. We told him we didn't care what time it was he need to come to fix the problem he created. We couldn't trusted because they already lied to us many times before so we had to go to Mernard to buy a sum pump to pump the water out and concrete stuff to fix the hole up by ourselves. After 2-3 weeks the work was still not done. We called the owner and told them if they couldn't get it done we had to hire different company. Of course we didn't even know they were done until few days ago, the lady called my husband and questioned us why don't we pay them. No phone call to tell us the job was done nor invoice. We asked them to give us the money we spent for materials, labor to fix the hole and called the city, etc back. They said no and they said they will put the lien on the house if we don't pay them full amount. We already mailed them the check 3 days ago and yesterday we received an email and a letter from their lawyer threat us to put the lien on our house if we don't pay them. I am glad to know to know that they wait their time and money to find a lawyer. We thought about about filling a court to get our money back but not sure if I wanted to wait my time to deal with those kind of people. If you consider hire this company, please think again not twice but three, four, five times. Trust me this company is worth nothing

I cancelled service with Affordable Plumbing. They are VERY unprofessional. The secretary told me they would be out Friday , no one came, no one called. I called Saturday, the same secretary told me they would definitely be out Saturday, no one came and again no one called. I called today and the same girl says I'm scheduled for Monday.

I didn't get an apology for inconvenience or anything like that, she just said 'she doesn't know what to tell me' so I cancelled their service. I would not recommend this company to anybody. In fact, I would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time with this place.
