They came out for a 600$ job extended that job beyond 2000$ and still did not fix original problem hired for..Workers were there without a work van which means no tools available to do a satisfactory job..Worker's also held our entry key hostage leaving the job before rhe owner rerurned...

Their service tech was courteous, knowledgeable. completed the job in a timely manner. The charge was reasonable for the amount of work performed.

Mike did a fantastic job, opening my sewage line. I was disappointed that he couldn't split my payment. But the next day, I went to set my garbage cans out for pick up and noticed how heavy my garbage can was. Apparently, Mike had cleaned out his truck; and dumped all his previous trash into my can!!!

Mike cleared out a root infested drainage pipe for us. He got the job done, but was sloppy about it. Bathroom was messy. Rootball was left in the front yard. Toilet wobbled and bolt covers were broken and left in the bathroom. Upon returning to address the wobble of the toilet he simply stuck a piece of ceramic tile under the base rather than addressing the issue properly. We were not pleased with the state in which our place was left.

I have a rental property on the West Side of Cincinnati. Found them on Angie's list and they called me within 10 minutes. Gave me a quote. Stuck to that quote and did a GREAT Job! Replacement a very hard to reach disposal in about an hour. Jimi was really awesome!

Came out an checked my bathroom situation on monday morning. Said will have estimate in couple days and can start work by end on week ..next monday at the very lastest. Monday came an i have heard nothing from this company. He had no problem taking my $80 for service call. Finally i get a call with a estimate he pulled out his butt after i complained. BEWARE!!!!!!

They did a very good job on running NG pipe line out to my grill. Also installed two new toilets and replaced the seals. Also installed new shut off valves on the hot and cold water supplies. Replaced the bath facets in master bedroom

11/2/22...Our landlord called this company regarding a leak in our bathroom ceiling. A gentleman came out on 10/29/22 to access the situation. He came back today to replace the leaky pipe. Pipe has been replaced & water isn't dripping from ceiling above bathtub anymore. Much appreciated.
