I just moved into a new house. The master bath had a ball joint shower arm. I could not find an adapter to fit. Called Calla Plumbing....the gentleman suggested I change the arm. Not being mechanical, he explained the process. I followed his advice and was successfully able to change the shower arm and install a standard shower head. Pat came over on New Years Eve after leaving his house and made it to mine in about 5 minutes. He fixed my sump pump within an inch of flooding my basement. He went well above and beyond. This is the second time we’ve had Calla out in an emergency. The first was a clogged drain line at my son’s birthday about 5 years ago. Again, they were right over and I didn’t have to send all my guests home.

Today our toilet tank cracked and water was EVERYWHERE on the bathroom floor! After being told by our home warranty company that this was not something that was covered under our warranty I called 3 different plumbers. Each one told me that they couldn’t send a plumber out until tomorrow. Mind you this is our ONLY working toilet in the house! The last plumbing company referred me to Pat. I called and even though Pat had so much else going on he was able to move things around and got to us within an hour. Pat SAVED THE DAY!!! The price was also VERY reasonable! We will be using Calla plumbing in the future!

Absolutely one of the best plumbers in Cincinnati. We had a plumbing emergency on New Years Eve and they showed up as promised and did not charge a premium. Our normal plumber was too busy and 3 other companies would not guarantee a show. So nice that this company kept the promise and showed. I highly recommend them...regardless of what part of the city you are located in.
