Mike and Josh did a great job of removing ice dams on my roof. They took the time to explaine what the problems were and let us know what they were going to do and then before they left again explained everything.
They were professional and friendly!

Katina was great! Her team put on a residential roof for us several years ago but we recently discovered a small leak around our chimney. Katina came out to take a look, identified the issue, and fixed it, free of additional charge, on the same day. No issues since! Very happy with the customer-first, quality focus! Highly recommend.

Michael and Terry were first rate in the repair and restoration of our box gutters (on our "new" 145-year-old home)! They exhibited a great deal of expertise right off the bat in explaining the issues and process. I asked about experience with "older" homes and construction, and they revealed photos of their work. It was my observation of their working together to resolve any/all issues with our roof, slate, and box gutters that convinced me they were in command of the process. I would be happy to recommend this company to folks with a "LOVED IT" rating in the future. We are having them back again to do a bit more work before we spruce up the exterior with new paint and masonry.

After several attempts by other roofing companies to solve an erratic leak issue with our metal roof we were referred to Lee Sheet Metal and Roofing. They had the knowledge and the experience to correctly diagnose the problems and do the proper repairs. The work was done on schedule and the cost came in as estimated, no over runs. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great job. Came to the rescue had problems with previous contractors. Mike and Bob did great job. Great work, would recommend to everyone. Lees Sheet Metal roofing helped me so much will continue to use them for sure.

We had a fantastic experience with Lee Sheet Metal & Roofing. We've been waiting a year and a half to have metal "properly" installed over our bay windows and they came in, evaluated the current work done (not correctly and incomplete) and showed up in less than a week to fix the problem - just in time before an ice storm hit too! Our bay windows now look fantastic and it really dressed up the front of our house. We also feel confident that we will not have to worry about heavy rains as they were installed well and took into consideration water leaks we'd previous dealt with. The team was courteous, professional, and friendly. Terry Lee, his son, and their team, get the job done right, the first time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to "dress up" their bay windows, considering a metal roof, or building their home. I included a before/after. We originally had a shingle roof with white wood on the bay windows. It's been updated with the shiny new metal roof and stonework on the bottom.

Everything went super smooth for a wind damage claim. They told me Everything to do and came out to meet claims adjuster. As soon as the claim was approved, I had a brand new roof within like 7 days. It looks better than ever. We even liked all the colors to choose from.
Roofers were great and took extra time to make everything perfect. They even came back for an hour the next day b/c it was getting dark. I have a pretty big roof.

Assist Roofing was wonderful to work with to replace our roof. Brandon and Erik were extremely helpful during the entire process- from walking us through steps with our home owners insurance to ensuring our concerns throughout the process were addressed. They were very communicative and accommodating. I can’t recommend this company enough!

I could not have asked for better communication and service. Even the quote process was extremely thorough and we were presented with options - short term versus long term solutions for 3 leaks in our old house. Each leak was due to a different problem and the team did a great job addressing each. Also, the job was completed quickly after we accepted the quote - perfect since we are heading into the rainy spring. In the future, we will need a new roof. Solid crew with the mindset of doing things right and making sure every detail is covered. Zack and crew did a whole house siding removal, replacement and brick repair on my daughter’s house. Their timeliness, communication and workmanship were OUTSTANDING!

Over a month ago we had a major storm, with snow right after. My wife and I woke up to rain in our bedroom. It was a Sunday at 3 am. I had several calls that morning and Justin and his team were the first to call me back, even with the weather and it being a sunday.Our case wasn’t easy considering a lot of circumstances. It wasn’t a plain and simple reasoning for why the ceiling was leaking. I worked with Brandon and Justin came out himself to do two thorough inspections of the house. They found the area that was causing the water to come in, showed me exactly what was happening and options to fix it with transparent explanations, options and pricing. This took a while to get done simply because of the continuous snow we had and waiting for it to melt etc., Brandon followed up, checked on us and was on the phone late in the evening making sure we understood the process and what to do next. These guys know what they’re doing and I have recommended them since to other people and will use them in the future.

When the storm went thru and took 1/2 our shingles off and damaged quite a bit of our siding, Mr Freeman himself, came to our home. He got on the roof and put tarp paper down to help stop any more damage from rain. He took care of all the paperwork, delt with my insurance and had workers out within a few days. It took awhile to get all repairs done. But that was due to weather. Mr Freeman and lead worker answered any questions we had. We are very pleased with the outcome. I recommend Assist Restoration whenever I see posts on Facebook. Or hear of someone needing repairs. They do great work.

Assist Roofing and Restoration did a great job installing our new gutters and gutter guards! Zack was very attentive to our needs and took the extra care to explore financing options to find the best fit for us. The installation team was awesome too! I recently had a 10 point roof inspection done by Assist Roofing and restoration and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I had a letter sent to me from my insurance company stating that I basically needed a new roof or my policy would be canceled.
I sent the 10point inspection report to my insurance company that Assist roofing provided and they said that wasn't good enough.
