We worked with Justin, Brandon and Travis to install our Christmas Lighting for our home. I found them very responsive from my initial contact, my appointment for the job walk through was at 2 pm. Exactly at 2 pm, Brandon rang our doorbell. After a walk through, he sat in truck and organized our proposal. We agreed, I was sent a very efficient link to pay my deposit. On the install day, Travis arrived exactly on time. The job took longer than expected, not once did Travis complain and had a very positive “can-do” attitude the entire time. Both Brandon and Justin stopped by to check on the workers. They delivered them supplies and lunch! When the job was completed, after a full and long day, Travis did a walk around in the dark with a flashlight just to make sure they left nothing behind. Upon completion, he asked if he could take a few drone shots with his camera. He did so and told me he would send them to me later as well. Within a few hours, I received these beautiful photos. I highly recommend Holiday Lighting for any of your needs.

Requested a quote to inspect gutters/ repair. Communication with office and scheduling appointment very efficient.
Justin the owner provided free inspection and informed us no repairs were really needed. Appreciated the honest assessment and referral to a handyman for a gutter cleaning. Respected the fact that this business is not all about stealing customers money. Highly recommend this company.

I recently had storm damage the siding of my house and didn’t know where to turn, after another company ghosted me…Zack Szabo from Assist Roofing had notice the damaged siding on my home while going through our neighborhood and he left a card for me to reach out. I contacted him and he quickly came out to inspect the damage and let me know exactly what needed to be done to fix it.

I cannot recommend these guys enough, they were professional, quick scheduling, and completely honest and extremely reasonable with their pricing on the repairs. Assist Roofing absolutely gained a repeat customer in me the next time I need to do something to the exterior of my home.

Great work and great employees, don’t try to oversell or charge crazy high prices, very fair cost and project done in a timely manner! We had two bathrooms vented through the roof and they communicated every step of the way and took pictures of completed job to show us, the crew even seen that my gutter was backed up and removed some leaves to clear it, super nice and trustworthy guys!!

Very pleased with the new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards installed by Assist Roofing. The team was professional and responsive.

Im am very impressed with Zach. I called and explained that I needed my downspouts
repaired before selling my house this spring. He came by and not only looked at the downspouts but examined my roof and gutters to make sure there were no problems that an inspection would pick up. He later called me to tell me that everything looked very good and I only needed the downspouts repaired. He then gave me the name of a handyman who could easily handle this work and would save me money. He acted with integrity and with my best interests at heart. I will absolutely use this company in the future if the need arises.

I noticed some water on my ceiling and reached out to Zack with assist for some help in diagnosing the issue. He came out promptly and diagnosed the issue, I had an improperly installed exhaust fan that was letting water in my roof and stopping the proper venting in the roof. He quoted me a reasonable price for the repair and had someone out to fix it promptly despite challenging weather. I've been happy with the quality of the repair, price, and quick turn around for getting the work done. I also had my gutters done through assist a couple of years ago and they did a great job. I recommend assist and Zack for all roofing issues. They didn't once try to sell me unnecessary services, it's nice to not feel like a cash grab!

We had a leak in our upstairs closet after a bad storm we had around Sept/October 2024. Zack came out to inspect the problem and offered us a quick fix or a long term solution. He told us Assist could work with our insurance to get the damage repaired because of severe wind/storm. It was a lengthy process to get the insurance to approve the scope of work, but Justin fought for us and we were able to get a new roof paid for by our insurance! They handled all of the details with our insurance and truly made the process so seamless. After fighting for months with our insurance, once we got approval, they were able to fix our roof so quickly and efficiently.

Shout out to Zack for being a superstar!! He was nice, professional, and communicative about the whole process. He explained things for us, answered all of our questions and was able to refer us to another company to help with an additional issue with our attic insulation. He even scheduled time to be at our house when they came to look at our insulation. Zack and Lewis were able to talk and come to a conclusion on how to proceed.

Everyone at Assist was able to move so quickly once insurance stopped dragging their feet and the process was so seamless and efficient I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I truly felt like I could trust this company to take care of the insurance part and guide us to the best solution to re-insulate our attic and making sure the roof would last this time. We relied on Zack's understanding and knowledge for guidance and everyone we talked to was so nice and thorough throughout the process.

The crew worked so so hard all day long and did such a great job. On top of installing a new roof, the crew was tasked with removing the spray foam insulation in our attic (a literal nightmare). Even though they had to come back the next day, we are still so impressed with how quickly they worked. I had an issue with my gutter that my insurance company required me to have addressed. Zack came to my house and reviewed the letter and the house, and explained exactly what needed to be fixed. He and his crew did the work quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. Zack also counseled me through the process of replying to the insurance company and making sure i got the issue officially closed out. Assist Roofing replaced an original, 20- year-old roof on our townhome, including deck boards that were in bad shape. I was referred to Assist by a neighbor who'd had a great experience with their Assist roofing project. I worked with Zack at Assist on getting a competitive quote and, once we accepted that quote, he recommended the great financing option that we used. Zack stayed in close contact throughout the process, from scheduling to completion. The crew showed up on time, completed the job in one day, and cleaned up completely afterwards. They were on it. They handeled all the insurance back and forth, very timely and Zach was a great salesman posted out all the issues and showed up on time to every meeting we had would highly recommend this company to anyone with any exterior issues ... thank you guys a ton !!!

I reached out to Justin late last week because my gutter fell down after a heavy rain. His team replaced the gutter on Monday morning. I upgraded to 6inch gutters and upgraded the downspout to accommodate the extra flow. The gutter looks so good. Now I want to replace the rest! 😊

I bought a house 3 years ago that had been very well maintained (or so I thought) 2 years in the roof started to leak through to my kitchen and room right above my office desk and laptop which obviously is a big issue. Justin & Travis came out immediately to assess the situation and found other areas where potential leaks could occur to ensure I would not have any issues until ready to replace the entire roof when the time comes. I was provided an estimate for not only the repair but for total roof replacement if I decided to go that route which felt very transparent and helpful. Knowing a general price of what a roof replacement would cost me is valuable information. Not only that but I was given multiple shingle options as well that carry various warranty periods. Also very thoughtful. I never felt pressured and it didn’t feel like a typical sales experience. Another associate Erik followed up with me to ensure everything was still good and that I was not experiencing any leaks after we finally got some rain (which was 2 months after the service was performed, granted we had a drought for a minute) All I can say is top tier experience, top tier customer service. These guys truly know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Seamless interactions and their teamwork is admirable. These are the best guys around without a doubt. I just reached out for a quote for gutters. Will update..

I needed a new roof on my house. After looking at other roofers I decide to go with Assist Restoration. I was very happy I did. They did my roof in one day. They were quite, and Cleaned up after theirs self. If it wasn't for the nail gun, i wouldnt have know they were here. I highly recommend them.

Zack and Assist Roofing were wonderful to work with! Our job was pretty small, but they got it scheduled and completed quickly. It was a little challenging because the siding we have is no longer made. The team was able to repair the siding and re-install it. It looks great (you can’t even tell there was a repair done) and it held up beautifully in another windstorm just a few days after repair. Even the person who answered the phone when we first called on a Saturday was professional, helpful and super friendly. Zack and his whole team did a great job and I would definitely recommend them!

When my neighbor's decided to burn their shed down right next to my house and caused my siding to warp assist roofing was there to fix it. They did a great job helping me through the insurance process, and they did an excellent job replacing my siding. We are very happy with the job they did and we feel like we have a brand new house. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get new siding, and gutters to go through assist roofing.
