I desperately needed new gutters. The quoting, scheduling, payment, and execution were so painless and straightforward for me. No weird markups or questionable line items - straight. We had a misunderstanding on scope and resolved it same day, no fuss. The execution team was thorough, cleaned up everything, and pulled some rogue branches off my roof. They were fantastic. I really cannot recommend enough.

Everything was smooth and easy! Zack made the process seamless as possible. Also, communicated very well with me throughout the entire process. Will definitely choose Assist for any roofing needs again!

They put a roof on one of my rental properties and did a great job. We had a few leaks that went unreported which caused some wood damage and unfortunately had an upcharge but they were honest and reasonable. Showed us the photos of the damage to justify the extra charge and we happily paid. We need more honest contractors like these guys!

I recently moved to Cincinnati. I didn't have good connections for a business with work and professional integrity. It is a little unnerving wondering who is going to walk in my home and assess my work needs. My house inspector shared I have a wet attic and the siding problem needs attention soon.
So, I welcomed Zack with Assist Roofing and Restoration. A very polite and professional person. He was patient to listen to my concerns and was prompt to assess the situation immediately. I must say I am impressed with Zack and his work crew who did an awesome job repairing my leaking and detached siding. Zack inspected the siding by going up into my attic. He then used a drone to checked my siding and roof area for potential leaks. All said and done, the crew was respectful, helpful, transparent on all concerns and then repaired my siding with ease. They are A MUST business to call for my next house issue. There is no doubt in my mind that you should call and have a great experience.

Over the last couple years we had been playing around with getting our roof replaced and obtained several quotes from different companies. We finally decided to pull the trigger on it this year and am so thankful we reached out to Assist Roofing. They beat the competitor prices by a landslide and their service was top notch! The owner was very friendly and came out and did the estimate himself. His team was here on time in the morning and very respectful. They worked quickly and efficiently and had my roof done and yard completely cleaned up before they left. It only took them around 8 hours (I have a fairly small house) but they even helped me by blowing all the leaves off my deck which saved me a good hour or more having to do it the next day for my step son’s birthday party! Would 10000% recommend!!!

We had a great experience with our new roof. Zack was absolutely wonderful. It was our first time needing a big project like this done and he truly made each step of the process clear and easy to understand. The actual installation itself only took a day and they were so mindful of our situation with having a dog and little kids coming in and out of the house. I would absolutely recommend assist roofing!

Assist just completed a new roof installation on my home. From the first phone call to completion it was a good experience. Zack in sales did a thorough inspection of my existing roof and provided a complete quote. Courtney provided update's along the way. Very responsive.
The installation crew was AMAZING . Arrived on time, worked tirelessly all day. Cleaned up to the point you could not tell they were even here.

I had them repair my rotten soffits and gutter leaks. Tough work 2 stories up, but no problem for them. I liked that they introduced me to a "PVC-type" material, that should last. They didn't completely fix a leak in one spot, and came back promptly to fix it. I don't care about the miss, the prompt follow-up is what I look for, regardless of price! Great communication with that, and with scheduling - that will keep me coming back and recommending them.

This is an amazing company to work with. We had damage to our gutters due to the snow and ice. When it was safe to do so their representative came to our home, climbed on the roof and inspected the whole gutter area (he didn’t just eyeball it from the ground). He explained the process to us and answered our questions. The repair crew came and worked so efficiently we didn’t realize when they had finished and left! We would use this company again and recommend them to others.

Zach was kind and patient; explaining the plan for repairing my roofing problem in laymen’s terms. Courtney kept me up to date on the execution plan and the owner sent me a thank you note for my business. I felt heard and appreciated throughout the planning and repair process. We contacted Justin at Assist Roofing and Restoration about a leak we had on our front porch, and I’m so glad we did. They were incredibly responsive and sent Zack out right away to inspect the issue. Zack walked me through the entire process and explained exactly what would happen when working with insurance.

Before Assist got involved, our insurance had denied our claim, and even an engineer came out just to solidify their denial. We thought we were completely out of luck. But Justin didn’t give up—he stepped in, communicated directly with my insurance company, and fought for what was needed. What was originally going to be just a small repair ended up being approved as a full roof replacement. Also shout out to Eric who I was also in contact with about a portion of the install process as well. The Assist install crews were all very friendly and made sure the job site was clean everyday.

Their professionalism, communication, and determination were outstanding from start to finish. If you need roofing work—especially if insurance is involved—Assist Roofing & Restoration is the team you want on your side.

In this fast-paced day and age we are living in, it is unfortunately rare that companies take the time to reach out after projects are completed, to check in on whether expectations were met and client satisfaction.

A lot of people/companies can "do the work" and turn out a great product at the end of the day, but the ones that follow through on the small things and ask for constructive feedback are always the ones that are most successful. Assist Roofing and Restoration is definitely in that category!

We received good communication regarding scheduling and updates to the project. The salesman(Zack) was knowledgeable and prompt with his appointments. Courtney scheduled the materials drop-off in advance and when they said they would arrive, they arrived and were put in the correct locations. Erik oversaw the whole project and ensured that the post-project clean-up was done, all nails picked up, and that the finished product looked amazing!

Zach, Courtney, and the whole team at Assist Roofing were perfect to work with from the quote to the finished roof and gutters. Their professionalism and friendly nature made the entire experience easy and stress free. We had our roof replaced and switched to Ridge Venting at the same time, aa well ans replacing the gutters, downspouts, and fascia. Overall, their prices and quality were the best that I found. I would recommend them to anyone (and I have) who needs any type of roof work. A++++++

And he is very transparent and made the process very easy and the team moved quick having everything completed from the initial consult in just a few weeks (only delayed due to snow).
