While the installation went well and the workers were punctual, I felt they were not professional at all. First and foremost, both of them showed up without masks on in the middle of a pandemic!!! Who goes to service someone at their home and doesn’t wear a mask these days? One would think by observing the residents wearing masks, they would put one on as well, but no! They talked amongst themselves, bickered, threw jackets down on the countertop, (not sanitary!) made rude comments. I felt they had absolutely no regard for anyone’s health and took zero health precautions while here. I even heard one of the workers cough a few times and never even attempted to cover his mouth! Very disappointing!!

Unprofessional. Showed up without a mask. Disrespected my 80 year old grandmother. Asked “how long does it take to turn on a thermostat” in reference to my handicap upstairs neighbor more than once. Unplugged my washer without asking to plug in a lamp. Did not plug my washer back in when he left. Told my grandmother, “I don’t have time for this, I have too many other jobs to do today.” When I asked how much time he allocated for each job and how jobs were scheduled, just answered we just schedule them. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Had an appointment in the 9 AM range and I tried calling and texting and got no reply. I got a call at around 12.30 and he said he can come in 15 minutes. I said I’m not home I can be home in 30 minutes . He said I’ll go to another job and hung up rudely. I actually remember who this guy is because an old friend of a freind is his friend. Without publicly defaming him I would recommend to stay away.
