They showed up. They fixed both my washer and dryer in less than 45-minutes. The price was very reasonable. The appliances work.This a is scruffy father-son duo. Kind of like Han Solo and Chewbacca. They seem to always be the best two people when you need to get the job done right without any pretty BS.

These guys are awesome!! They came to fix our dryer that wasn't heating up. They literally took 15 minutes tops to fix it. The whole thing cost only 80 bucks!! Definitely recommend!

The person came to my house and fixed my dryer. He found 26 dollars and told me about it. Good service however my dryer didn't even last more than 5 days. I asked if they can send someone to look at again. Apparently I would have to pay them again to check it out after I paid them 300 just to get it fixed. After I told them don't bother the lady had the audacity to say thanks for doing business with us. Ha never again

If you want some corporate BS tradesmen working on your appliances where they charge $100.00 to just walk through your door, these two are not for you. It's a grandfather/grandson team where he barks orders and the grandson jumps. Jay is old school. You don't see his kind much anymore...he knows how to fix just about any appliance out there, makes a quick diagnosis and repair. He took my stove apart and put it back together, was at my house for almost an hour and charged me $60.00. Who does that nowadays? I love them.

Didn't clean our fridge out. This is unacceptable in my eyes. I will not be going back.

Bought couple appliances there never had a issue and i did whit one even than my warranty was due one day he still got it up and running i would go back when ever i need one whit no doubt

This company has great customer service. Their appliances are great and if there is a problem with them they will repair them no questions asked. I will definitely purchase from them again and refer my friends and family!!!!!

This place had just posted ads to Offerup and Letgo around 3:00-3:15 (I saw the ad about 15-20 min after it was posted on both apps) for a refrigerator that my friend needed immediately, ad said they would be open until 5, listed an address and said to just come up there. We pull up 20 minutes later and the store was closed, called the number listed a few times, no answer. Waste of time and gas!!

I have bought 3 refrigerators always upgraded with him never had issues bought 2 washer and dryer set one for me one for my sister also never had issues will recommend will buy again when needed good customer service

Where do I start?! I found them on Facebook. When I got there, the appliance they showed was not there although he said it was. So because I needed a refrigerator, I purchased a higher priced one that I was PROMISED would be delivered that day. I was told they had four deliveries before me but I would have SATURDAY. After waiting 5 hours, calling the number on the receipt, and sending messages through Fscebook that went unanswered (it's now 6:30pm), a woman calls (from a blocked number) and says she can't reach her delivery driver and I won't get my refrigerator until Monday!! I told her I needed it today!! That's the arrangements I made. She kept apologizing and said she would call me back and of course never did.
Now, it's Monday. The I start calling 'the store' at around 10:30am. NO ANSWER / NO VOICEMAIL!! I asked my husband to send messages from his phone. He's told that the store is closed on Sunday and Monday.😳 It's now after 1pm and I haven't heard a word from them. Whomever this guy is tells my husband they have until Thursday to deliver my refrigerator!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My husband told him we will be there Tuesfay to get a refund. The guy said ok have a great day and blocks him. BUT IT GETS WORSE!!! We need a refrigerator now so we ordered another refrigerator from a PROFESSIONAL COMPANY and they delivered within the hour.
Then about an hour later, the first refrigerator shows up!! The driver said that they get calls out the blue from that company saying come get this order when they originally said they didn't have anything etc. THEY LEFT OUR REFRIGERATOR ON THE SIDEWALK IN THE POURING RAIN!!!! AWFUL!!!!
I have more to say including a message I just received from Chaucha Yenziel as I type this. JUST AWFUL!!!!!

Was an ok place. Reasonable prices but the sales woman did not do what she promised with a refrigerator I purchased. Yes it does work but she assured me that she would clean it and have jt looking very nice when they delivered. I had to scrub that refrigerator for almost 2 hrs before it was suitable to put food in. Also there were roaches in it I had to bomb my house after a day of having this appliance put in my home.

I bought an apartment sized stove from these people and my experience has been absolutely horrible. The woman in the store promised to clean the stove; she did not. The woman promised that she would send me a video of the oven working; she did not. When the stove was delivered to my home, I had my landlord hook it up only to discover that the oven, which was the reason for the purchase, was not working. When I tried numerous times to reach out to her to get them to honor their "warranty" I was ignored and even so much as told that there was some error on my part. I requested my money back on more than one occasion. Again, I was ignored. I am taking legal action against them as this is unacceptable. I have many friends who are in the home rental business that look for small businesses to work with. This is certainly one that will never, EVER, get my recommendation. If I could give these sheisters less than one star I certainly would. See you in court!

I was extremely disappointed. When i first called, I was informed that I would only have to pay the initial $129 and no extra charge no matter how long it took. When the tech checked, he informed me that it was another $97 + tax for part and another $70 plus tax for labor. Total $321. I questioned him and he wasn’t aware that there was no extra charge to replace part that took another 15 mins. He was here for a total of one hour. I could have gone to a cheaper company if I had not been misled. I don’t trust the company. So no, I will never recommend this company!

Had two techs come out for a brand new refrigerator warranty repair. Techs advised the compressor and fan were running. They didn't know why fridge wouldn't cool.

Tech acknowledged there was a problem, then said "it must just be how cold the unit gets." On the service notes he stated " not sure what to replace, 40* isnt far off."
... 40* is pretty far off from 34* when cooling food, I'd assume a refrigerator repair tech would know this...

Complete Appliance is the best. We have used them for years and with our recent repair, another GREAT experience! George and his assistant were fantastic! Explained clearly and repositioned our dishwasher perfectly! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Customer service required two visits and was very professional and attentive to our individual needs and questions. He not only made the repairs and ran our appliances thru audit check to ensure our appliances were operating properly. I would like to thank the young man who braved the elements on one of the coldest days of the year so far for his help.

We still have the same issue. The person that serviced the machine said that the problem was leveling and fixed that. However, we still have condensation gathering underneath our counter. That doesn’t seem like a leveling issue but a seal issue.

Everyone from my first call to my service technician was kind, courteous and listened.
Parts needed ordered and I was always informed. Was very comfortable with they people that come in my home. I thank them for allowing my dog make "friends". (he loved them).
I can't wait until I need my dryer looked at..
