Called them out to fix my washer he told me the same thing I told him was wrong and charged me for coming out and I'm still dealing with the same problem all the possible solutions he told me I did and still not working properly. Thanks for not helping. VERY NOT HAPPY WITH THEM

Technician Marty was rude and unprofessional during phone conversation regarding stove repair. Don't bother calling this place. Call a company that has employees who can exhibit some level of customer service.

I have been dealing with this company for years. I have found them timely, fair priced and courteous. They show up when they say they will and provide quality work. The invoice has never been a surprise.

This is the kind of place I like. Just an honest guy that knows his stuff and is reasonably priced. Small operation. Kind of place thats hard to find but when u do, u tell your friends. Don't automatically think u have to buy a new appliance when one breaks. Sometimes not too much to repair.

He responded to my voicemail within 30 minutes. Came out to my home within a couple hours. He said many mechanics won’t fix Samsung refrigerators. After his suggestion i’m reaching out to the manufacturer to solve the issue.

I called him and explained what was wrong with my refrigerator. He came out to my house only to confirm what I told him. He was there less than 5 minutes and charged me for a service call after telling me he does not fix refrigerator compressors. You would be better off throwing your money in the trash.

I've been using Marty for over 12 years here in Tremont -- on at least 7-8 occasions. Fridge, Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. He has kept older equipment operating for me, and is always timely, efficient, and reasonably priced. He can figure out any machine and is a really nice guy to work with.

We called Marty to fix our washer and when he got there he discovered it wasn't broken at all, just a clogged drain pump. This saved us hundreds of dollars. I was convinced the machine was broken due to old age and almost bought a new one when it stopped spinning. SO glad we had him assess the situation first. He was in and out under 30 mins Great service!!

He came to fix my dryer the same day I called which is unheard of. I usually have to wait a couple days for any repairman to come out for anything so that was really nice. I needed a couple parts that needed ordered but he made my problem go away until he could come back to fix it properly. The prices were very nice. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Marty the technician was very nice. He came to fix my washer and dryer several times over the past years. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment and he was always on time. I will definitely call him again the next time I need a appliance repair.

I called them, a they where very helpful. I told them I needed an evening appointment a they where more than happy to make it happen. They actually came out within 15 mins of our call. He was at our house less than 30 mins. Fixed our oven an was gone. Awesome customer service. Nice guy.

Absolutely amazing company! Fast response and set up an appointment quickly. The gentleman who fixed my dryer was on time, polite and even put shoe covers on to walk into my home. Quick and efficient repair of my dryer. The pricing is affordable and extremely fair. Highly recommend and will use again!

I have called them for my gas range (1 time), gas dryer (3 times) and washing machine (1 time). Abdula has always been the service man that has come to the house. Super honest (which is a must for me) and has gone beyond his call of duty. After inspecting the gas range, it made the most financial sense to replace the stove with a new one. This decision was due to Abdula's honesty. His second visit was for our gas dryer. Very honest and fair. Another part failed days later and Abdula came back right away and handled it like the professional he is. The washer was handled on the second dryer visit. I have them saved in my phone as I do not believe you will find a more pleasurable repair guy. I did find it odd that when he was repairing the dryer I offered and did jump behind the dryer to help him while he stayed working from the front of the machine. He told me I was the first person to help him. Maybe I was raised different but I will never watch someone struggle without offering help. Kindness goes both ways and I am grateful to have found First Choice. I am certainly hoping nothing else breaks for a while but if it does, I know Abdula will be fair and will not be hesitant to pick up the phone and call First Choice. Walt

Wow! Abdullah with First Choice Appliance Service was the best service representatives we have ever had in our house. I wish everyone could be like him!

We called around 4pm Saturday explaining our dryer issues. He said it should we an easy fix, he would be able to come to us on Monday...which we were very happy with. Shortly after our initial call, he called back and said his supervisor said he could extend his workday and come to us that night! He arrived at 6:30pm was done by 6:50pm. I am just so impressed with his level of customer service. He was so polite, wore a mask and booties, cleaned up after himself and explained all the issues with our dryer.

I would not change one single thing about this service call. 10/10 would recommend!
