Abdullah was one of the best technicians I've ever had in my home, for any reason or any service. He was courteous, understanding, honest, and a pleasure to be around. I wish he did more than appliances because he is trustworthy. He not only helped fix and diagnose my dishwasher but help install a new one twice when there was a factory defect.

I called First Choice yesterday after my dishwasher manufacturer wanted to precharge and overcharge me before ever even diagnosing a minor problem for a plastic part on the top rack. Abdullah was here within 30 minutes after calling to diagnose and came back this morning to fix it. He was extremely friendly, fast, and professional. Will definitely be keeping this more affordable option in my back pocket for potential future repairs.

I highly recommend this company. I realized my dryer stopped working sometime in the evening & when I searched for appliance repair companies, they were one of the only ones still open. They said they would be able to make it out the next day & they gave me a time window. Luckily they were able to make it on the earlier side. Abdul arrived & was very professional, showed me what was wrong with my dryer, gave me my price & fixed everything quickly & showed me the new parts. I’m not even sure if he was here over 45 minutes. Quick & fast service, I’ll definitely call again if I ever have any other issues with my appliances.

Highly recommend! I was able to get a next day appointment for a leaking freezer. They were everything you want in an appliance technician - knowledgeable, courteous, explained the problem and the solution. And, First Choice takes a variety of payment options which made it very easy to pay.

Did less than 2 mins of looking into what was wrong with my fridge took the 80 dollars and left wouldn't use this service wouldn't be surprised if that's all they do is collect the fee if you dont wanna get ripped off and not have anything fixed don't use this service. Waste of time and money.
