I am and have always had great customer service and results with Complete Appliance. They are very thorough and I have always felt they really do go the extra mile for their customers. Today one of their technicians, Said, serviced one of my ovens. He was respectful, knowledgeable and wasted no time in making the repair. Thumbs Up to Said!!!

Excellent response time, even though they are backed up with appointments. AARON is thorough and prompt. Very courteous and professional. Neat and organized. Made some suggestions that will help us even though he was not able to repair the one appliance. Highly suggest this company and Aaron!

Had appointment scheduled with confirmed voicemail. Also spoke directly with Kyle to confirm.Tech was no show.
Called back to reschedule. Spoke again with Kyle. Found him to be very rude and argumentative.
Good customer service goes a long way!

They came to my house, looked at the refrigerator, then they went back lied to the warranty company, stating that my refrigerator doors were off the hand and a bunch of other stuff that did not make any sense. That the reason my refrigerator was not getting cold is because the doors were off the hinges. It’s not the same refrigerator I’m looking at. And I don’t know what’s wrong with the refrigerator, but I heard it when it was going out why they chose to lie and say the things they did I cannot explain I wouldn’t Recommend this company to anybody

George, the refrigeration specialist from Complete Appliance, came out to our home and repaired two wine refrigerators whose power control boards had failed. Although I sourced the replacement parts from the vendor, George did the disassembly, repair and reassembly. He worked quickly and efficiently — and we had a nice conversation along the way. Both machines now working fine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Complete Appliance team to anyone.

Professional work. Courteous and friendly service man. Reasonable priced. My refrigerator was fixed. My frig is cold. I have ice again!!! Thank you

Everyone I spoke to was very nice and communicated what was needed And what to expect. They listened and were very efficient and polite and did a great job and I appreciated all their follow-through

Aaron was friendly and patient about explaining the problem and gave me advice on how to avoid it in the future. He fixed the problem expeditiously and made sure any mess was cleaned up. I highly recommend them!

Way overcharged and just found out weeks later that the technician didn’t reinstall the garbage disposal properly. Eventually led to water leaking onto the kitchen floor. I had to fix the problem he left behind.

They did fix the refrigerator so that was appreciated.

Repair tech was in a giant hurry to run in, quickly replace what he felt was the cause of the non cooling issue and run onto his next appointment. Unit is still not fixed. Very poor service received!!! And we waited for 14 days to still have a dead fridge. The pictures 8 hours after tech left says it all!!!

The technician was straight forward and honest suggesting the machine needed to be replaced. His recommendations for replacement were consistent with best product on google search. He was professional and pleasant.

Well,, after four attempts my LG refrigerator was finally fixed, The technicians were extremely nice and were a pleasure to talk to.. unfortunately,, my LG refrigerator gave them a run for their money. Eli on the 4th attempt replaced everything,and it is currently working fine...fingers crossed.

I reached out to schedule repairs that were under warranty on two different appliances. The first guy that came out couldn’t figure out either problem. The second guy fixed the microwave, but needed to order parts for the dishwasher. It was then i realized one of them had taken my iPad that sat next to the microwave and cookbooks. They came out a 3rd time, replaced dishwasher parts and the problem is still not fixed. I asked about the missing iPad and they said it wasn’t them, and now they can’t help me at all. What a COLOSSAL waste of my time. Can’t wait to call the manufacturer back again to try and schedule another company to come out…

Service was provided under warranty for a new refrigerator. Kyle was the technician assigned to our call. He was extremely knowledge and friendly! He recognized right away that one of our issues was a design flaw in that specific refrigerator. He called the company, gave them all the needed information. And we were refunded our purchase price to get a different refrigerator!!!

Complete Appliance technician communicated clearly the process & expectations of the repair. They prepared for the visit to make sure that they have the appropriate parts that they thought they might need. Sean was on time for the appointment and provided a Call when he was on his way.

I was very happy with my service from CAS.The tech was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and got them installed. I now have a working washing machine after being without one for five weeks due to misdiagnosis by previous company.

Had an issue with the Bosch refrigerator ice maker. CAS was able to accommodate our busy schedule and even moved the appointment up for us. We truly appreciate their professionalism and service.

My Technician was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I was amazed at how quickly he took the dyer apart, found the problem, fixed it, and place everything back together in less than 1 hour. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The first repair person came out over a year ago, and didn’t even attempt to make the repair to my washing machine. The second service appointment, the repair person never called or showed up. The third appointment the machine was diagnosed and I was told that the parts were ordered. I followed up and was told the parts were in and scheduled the repair. The technician came out and did not complete the repair. I was told that it was the wrong part and they didn’t know where to get the correct parts. A complete waste of time. I can’t believe they asked me for a review.

Eli came over our house and did an excellent job replacing the door on our new dishwasher and refrigerator. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything and worked his butt off to make sure the job was done right.

Our Speed Queen 10 year old dryer seemingly had no heat and the timer was not working smoothly. We thought it was a heating problem but Aaron figured out that it was the timer which was not working properly and so messing with the heat. Easy replacement? The manufacturer of the timer was no longer in business and so a replacement timer was used - literally looked like he had to take the whole dryer apart in order to fix it. And he was successful!! Speed Queens can last a long time so the repair price was worth it!
