Constraction reviews in Cleveland, Ohio

When a tornado caused a tree to fall on our house, our insurance agent highly recommended Integrated Restoration to assist us with the damage repair. They were right! Mike from Integrated called 20 minutes later and was at our house at 9:00 the next morning, as promised, to assess the damage. As an emergency claim, Integrated's tree company was removing the tree at 11:00. And by 2:00 that afternoon, Mike and Ricky had climbed off the roof leaving it tarped and secure. Even our neighbors commented on how fast they worked.

Then Kevin and Ricky worked with our insurance company and the independent adjuster to estimate the damage and negotiate a very favorable settlement. Integrated hired, scheduled, and supervised all the restoration work - roofing, carpentry, electrical, siding, and gutters/drainpipes - in a timely manner without delays on their part. (The siding we selected was not in stock, but after it was delivered the installer was on the job ASAP.) Cole, their carpenter, even helped us upgrade a few architectural/design details (at our cost) which made an unexpected renovation more rewarding.

Bottom line: Integrated Restoration turned what could have been a disaster into a pleasant renovation. No stress. No worries. Just two very happy clients! 5/5 - No Notes!

Pros - honest pricing and assessment. I had 4 water damage companies come out to assess a burst pipe. This was the only company that didn’t push an insurance claim and upsell the job to something insane. Punctual and strong communication - project lead had a work phone and just texted to communicate. Very easy. Jake and Dean lead the work and took care to minimize damage (put floor matts down) and were respectful. I had a few minor concerns over the aesthetics of the repair and these items were promptly addressed without any hassle. Overall, I’m very happy with the work and feel like this is an honest company. Would recommend.

Jake and Dean were awesome, very professional, friendly and caring. They went above and beyond to take care of the water damage repairs, the matching and repainting and cleanup.
I will recommend and use for future projects.

Integrated Restoration did an excellent job from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, showed up when they said they would, and made sure the work was done right. The quality of the restoration exceeded my expectations, and they made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Integrated Restoration to anyone needing reliable and trustworthy restoration services.

We had a GREAT experience, on our kitchen remodel, with Integrated Restoration! The team was Professional, Responsive and Courteous. Their work was top quality from start to finish. The entire process was handled smoothly, and they made sure that we stayed on time!
I want to give a special mention to the Project Manager Jake. He did a great job of keeping us updated every step of the way, answered any and all of our questions and made sure that everything was handled the right way. I can honestly say that it made the whole experience a lot easier for us.
We are more than happy with the results and would, and have, recommend Integrated Restoration to anyone that needs any home repair or home remodeling.

Great Company!

Watch out for this guy "Steve". He likes to take things from your refrigerator if your not home (like booze), among other things. And when I confronted him with it, just flat out lied about it. Oh, yes, and he apparantly tripped the breaker while cleaning, and just left it that way, didnt think it was important to let anyone know.

He came and cleaned my filthy carpet and it came out perfect! He charged me a very reasonable price and I was very satisfied with results. Highly Recommended!

Advanced Cleaning Systems does all my carpet & furniture cleaning. They are fairly priced, and do fantastic work. I highly recommend Steve to anyone in the Columbus, GA area.

Steve is the man. I called him after a recommendation from a friend to clean the carpet in my house after my dog was "violently sick" as I myself couldn't get the smell or stain out with regular cleaning. I must say he did a superb job and was beyond my expectations. He has since cleaned the carpet in my truck and has done spot treatments on my bass boat. Could not recommend a better person for the local Columbus area. Is friendly, fair priced, and just all around great guy.

Wow! Textbook did a fantastic job - the house looks wonderful. They painted our 100+ yr old house in the city and it never looked so good!! The team (Sal&team thru design, office folks) were quick, professional, polite, friendly and handled everything. The clean-up was amazing. We are planning on having them back to paint the inside.

We had a great experience with Textbook painting. Our Kitchen cabinet’s turned out beautifully. Very happy with the project and service, the project was completed quickly too. Irvin was great!!

Had a great experience with TaiTiana! She was very nice and did an amazing job! She took her time and paid attention to all the details. Dray and Maddie did a great job on the door and drawer fronts at the warehouse. I’m so happy with my “new” kitchen!!

Thank you Chuck and Tyler ! I was very nervous at first with trusting anyone with my kitchen, but Chuck and Tyler explained every step of the way and were very knowledgeable of the equipment and products used, were very patient with me, answered any of my questions I had, and accommodated us every step of the way. I’m so thankful I chose Textbook Painting! Great job.

If you live in Mentor, Ohio or Lake County for that matter, and you have a 90's kitchen that you need transformed, then you must reach out to Textbook Painting. From having their interior designer coming to the house to help with color selection, to working with Tyler D. and his team while painting the exterior cabinets, the process was smooth and well worth the time and effort to clean out those cabinets. Because they take the cabinet doors off-site and spray them in a paint booth, there are no visible brush strokes or stipple roller marks. The finished project is beyond beautiful and we feel like we've moved into a new house. As you can see, all I need is a new floor!!

Also, if you have a chip or ding in the paint down the road, they come back and repair it. No questions asked, no additional out of pocket expense.

Take my advice, don't shop around for the cheapest price because you will get what you paid for. Call them today. You won't be sorry!!

Ned, Drew and Ryan did a great job on the exterior of my house. Their carpenter Jackson also was able to replace a lot of rotted boards that needed attention. They were timely and worked hard through the heat. I can highly recommend this crew to take care of any painting projects you may need.

It's been a year since our cabinets were painted and they have held up really well. The only issue was our wastebasket cabinet (which gets the most use in the kitchen) started coming loose and scraping the neighboring cabinet. I called Textbook Painting and they sent a carpenter out within a week. Chuck was able to re-align and secure the cabinet by adding extra screws. He touched up a couple of small nicks with the leftover paint too. Chuck was professional, called ahead of the appointment, was concerned about where to park his truck and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend this company.

Textbook Painting did a phenomenal job painting my oak kitchen cabinets. Not only was the quality of work outstanding, (thank you Zach)! But they completed the job ON TIME (In FOUR short days)! Painter Zach kept me in the loop every step of the way. I always knew what time to expect him at my home and what his goal for was for the day in terms of items he would accomplish. I had quite a few questions which he was more than happy to answer. I had a good feeling about this company from the moment I met them at the Home and Garden Show. I liked that they didn't seem "stuffy" like other companies. They were laid back yet professional which was a great fit for me. At any rate, the entire process was outstanding from start to finish. I have already recommended this company to many of my friends one of which, has an appointment with them TOMORROW! And as far as cost, don't waste your valuable time making calls to other places. Textbook Painting is by far the most economical. Trust me. I did my homework. My only regret is that this girl who lives in baseball caps, forgot to ask them for a hat!. Maybe they will read this and send me one. ;)

We are beyond pleased with the work done to our kitchen cabinets by this company! They turned out to be absolutely beautiful . The care and workmanship that went into the repainting as well the designing of some new doors and panels for our counters is a testimony to the skilled workers they employ. Definitely recommend and plan to use again for other projects in the future.

Monaco Amador did a wonderful job painting our cabinets, hanging each cabinet and drilling new holes for the hardware. She always kept me updated and sent me a sneak peak of my cabinets while I was at work. We love the way our cabinets look and feel. It feels like a whole new kitchen. Most importantly, I couldn't have done this project without the designer, Liana, picking out the colors. She was wonderful.

Textbook Painting is a very professional locally family owned business. Every step of the process of painting our dated kitchen cabinets went smoothly. Their carpenter, Chuck, did an amazing job trimming out our island! Monaca, painted so neatly and paid attention to every detail! We couldn’t be happier with our updated kitchen. I highly recommend Textbook Painting.
