I had about 15 trees cut down by Sam and his crew and they did a fantastic job! Great price and great quality of work!!

Great job done by Sam and his Cleveland Tree Service team. Highly recommend them, we had a dying tree in our yard and we also decided to remove three other trees. The dead tree was large and Cleveland Tree Service cut it down without a problem. It was not in an easy location and they were able to fit in our backyard and safely and quickly remove it. The showed up early and stayed well past 5pm to get the job done in 2 days. They safeguarded our yard and even cleaned everything up when they were done. They were kind, professional, and hard working. 10-stars

Independence ohio. Will not recommend. They did work for my neighbor and left cut down logs on my property. The logs remained there for months until recent I had my grandkids clean up the mess. My neighbors said they will no longer use. Crew inexperienced

Called 2 weeks ago in s Saturday was told someone should be out Monday! No one was there to my knowledge so I figured I’d give them one more chance and called towards the end of the week the lady I talked to said she would check in on it and get back to me. No call from anyone! How is that a way to run a company? I’ll find someone else

Common theme with the reviews listed here is the company's lack of follow up. Was given a price last summer via my neighborr who had some work done. Called the office this summer and was asked to text pictures of the trees. After not receiving a response I texted again, with no results. Do not waste your time with this company.

They came out, gave me an estimate. I accepted, got a permit to do the job.Called them to tell them I have the permit and when will they be out to do the job? After 5 or 6 calls to them I still have not heard back from them. It"s been a month. not even a courtesy call to let me know they were not going to do the job Now all I have is a permit that I paid for and can not use.Thank you skyline.
