They did an amazing job!! I moved into a new building & they had already had the carpet cleaned prior to me moving in but it still had stains everywhere. I decided to see if having someone else come in & do it again would help. It looks brand new now!! Jed Schriebman & his guys were professional, courteous, clean & fast & did a great job! I highly recommend them for any cleaning you need done & will be using them from here on out. I wish all things were this easy & successful when it comes to doing anything in the home.

They did a great job getting stains out my basement carpet! I recently bought a house and thought I would have to replace the carpet because of how stained up it was but now I don’t have to! Very friendly and professional crew from the moment I called to the moment they left. I can tell they enjoy what they do and take pride in it. I would highly recommend!

Very clean, neat and professional. Did a great job cleaning my carpet. Best company I have used. All dried quickly except stairs took a little longer but still quicker than any past experience I have had. The price was reasonable too.

Excellent results. ALWAYS on time. My carpets always feel almost new when they leave. I have 2 large dogs and a 6 year old boy who seem to make it their mission to track as much dirt and grime into the house as they can. From spilled milk to making "mud angels" my carpets have seen it all, and Superior makes sure we dont have to see it anymore after they've performed their magic. The service is fantastic. They work around my schedule. The prices are excellent. The technicians are friendly and communicative. Cant recommend them highly enough

Superior Carpet & Tile Care company goes the extra mile to ensure your carpets are cleaned to the point they look brand new. I have a small dog and had some wine and coffee stains. The stains are gone and they left me a bottle of stain remover. They arrived on time were very polite and did an awesome job. I have had other cleaners that left residue on my carpet and it felt sticky with Superior my carpet feels soft and cozy.

I’m a nurse with a home health care company and one of our seniors became unable to control her bowels last night. Along with that, she is memory impaired and, needless to say, when we arrived this morning her bedroom was a disaster! The carpeting was covered in human feces. I began calling multiple carpet cleaning companies including the big name companies. The wait time was up to 2 weeks. That is unacceptable for a senior to stay in. I called Superior Carpet and Tile Care and immediately, a plan was put into effect. To say they went above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe their service. They kept in constant contact with me throughout the morning while they secured a technician to come out by noon. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and did a beautiful job! I truly thought customer service was dead but this company proved otherwise. They are now our businesses company of choice for cleanups. Thank you Jed for all you did today!

I've used Superior Carpet & Tile Care for several years. I won't use anyone else. Jed's staff are friendly and professional and very respectful of my home. My carpet always looks great - they even manage to get out nasty pet stains - and their prices are reasonable. Definitely 5 stars!

Jed and his team at Superior Carpet are the absolute best in the business. Great pricing with professional and friendly staff. The owner is extremely responsive and attentive to detail. I have 2 Bulldogs and 2 young kids that constantly stain the carpet. Fear not, when I call Superior Carpet they take care of all my stains/issues. They also did a wonderful job Scotchgarding my couch. When having my carpets and tile + grout cleaned, I will only consider Superior Carpet in Cleveland. You can thank me later.

I had my upstairs carpet cleaned by Superior Carpet. The Superior Carpet crew were on time and very professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and were dine in a jiffy. They were conscientious of their work and cleaned up and wet spots from the hardwood floor on the first floor. The carpet looked fantastic after it dried; especially since I hadn't cleaned them in the 6 years I lived at this place. I'd use Superior Carpet again. The owner is also a great guy with excellent customer service.

I have had my floors cleaned by many companies in the past, including all of the large corporations, but found Superior Carpet & Tile Care to be head and shoulders above them all. Firstly, as any good company should, they arrived 5 minutes early from when we discussed on the phone. Secondly, Mr. Schreibman was extremely knowledgeable of not only the products and services that the company offers, but of my floors as well. He was not looking for the quick sell, as most places, but was honest in what he thought was, and more importantly, was NOT needed. We discussed all of my options, and told me what should be done for the best results. We agreed upon the products and services, then they went to work. They were quick, efficient, very mindful of my furniture, and most of all, the results were spectacular. He explained to me that he is able to clean the floors/carpets at a much higher temp than your typical franchise carpet cleaning company. Because of this, they are able to restore my floors/carpets to their original luster, shine or look. He also had taken care of a couple couches which had been stained over time.

I couldn’t recommend Superior Carpet & Tile Care any higher, and will absolutely use them again.

Jed and his team really worked hard to make sure our entire hotel was clean. And they really worked around our schedule which is what I appreciated the most. It’s been well over a month, and all of the tiles and carpets are still looking clean, which is always a plus for a busy hotel. Thanks again and will see you on a regular basis now on.
