I have tried to reach them to schedule for cleaning for a few weeks now. Tried online, and calling multiple times. Left multiple messages and no return call. Terrible, terrible customer service.

I have been a customer of Green Clean Ohio for the past 5 years and I must say, they are by far the best janitorial company to work with. I had an issue with my previous company where they failed to send personnel each night or their people were not cleaning properly. This has not been the case with Green Clean Ohio. Thank you guys.

I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. They have to be fake.
I made an appointment for commercial cleaning on their website a week in advance. Got email confirmation and everything. When no one called and it was the day before I called them. A woman answered the phone who could not speak English. I just simply asked for her manager to call me and I had an appointment for them to clean my business the next day. No return call. I went to business for appointment anyway. No one showed up for appointment.

So much wasted time.

I had yellow jackets under my porch, Alex was professional and explained what he was doing. I can sit on my porch now with out fear of yellow jackets attacking me. The smell of the stuff that he used did get into the house, but it did not last long. He walked around the house and showed me some spots where there may have been critter holes.

I'm not impressed. I was a field service engineer for one of the largest computer power companies in the world. So I know what it takes to be a good customer representative. This guy rushed around. Half assed the cleaning of the soffit. I told him the only spot I've ever seen a spider is on the corner of my porch. I would have thought he could have put pesticide dust on his brush to get the spider. But nope. I went back and pointed out where spider web was in the grooves of the soffit. Then he cleaned it. But again between wiping down some of my soffit and spraying. Then throwing down some sort of pesticide granules. And really not doing a good job of that since he didn't hit every spot needed. I'm going to say the money isn't worth it. Not with this guy doing it. He was done in 20 minutes and sat in his truck for another 10 like he had a GPS tracking his vehicle. Not impressed

The pest control specialist listened patiently to my concerns and answered all my questions. We walked around my property as I pointed things out to him that might need attention and he was more than happy to accommodate my needs.

David was professional and explained everything as he was assessing my house. David arrived the next day promptly and went right to work. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Greenix is very fast, I got next day service, fair pricing and Dave is very professional and thorough at his job.
