Had them come clean for my mom and they were very much in time, very thorough and super friendly! Did an awesome job, the carpets all look and smell great!

Keith and Kyle did an amazing job cleaning out our Air ducts throughout the house and the dryer vents. They were courteous, knowledgeable, quick thorough and overall a fabulous experience. Will definitely call them again and I’d give them 10 out of five stars. I’m that pleased!

My Tech Davonte was so polite on time and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my carpets! He asked me what I expected and listened and delivered beyond my expectations. Devontae and Mahde did a great job. They checked out the rooms and quickly got to work. When they were done the carpets were back to looking brand new and smelling fresh.

We had Stanley steamer back for an upholstery cleaning that was not satisfactory. We requested a different technician and they sent DeVon. He was very nice, courteous and informative. He worked very hard and did a great job. We are very pleased with the job. Thank you to a very nice young man

Quick and easy. Did a good job and didn't have any issues. They found an extra line on the invoice where there was an unneeded charge (not their fault) and removed it without me prompting them

I had a fantastic experience with this carpet cleaning service! DeVon arrived right on time and was incredibly courteous and polite throughout the entire visit. He worked efficiently while still being very thorough, and I really appreciated how thoughtful he was about my circumstances—especially as I was juggling two kiddos and a dog. My carpets look great, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent. I was told they can be out the same day between 1-4. Arrived at 1. Very friendly, tech took his time moving my plants, chairs, even took photos to place them back exactly how they were. Excellent cleaning of my tile floors. I did not know how dirty until the cleaning was done. They did not look too dirty before, but wow so bright and just like new! My grout was even sparkly! Definitely recommend.

Kai was awesome. He did a great job. We reviewed the areas needing cleaned & then he got to work. Was done in a little over an hour. Highly recommend.

Ron was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He was in and out getting my carpets and kitchen tile floor looking like they were brand new! It’s the first time the textured white tile of our kitchen has actually been 100% white and sparkling clean since we purchased our home 3 years ago despite me trying every method at home. He asked questions to help determine what was needed and made great recommendations! Goal over achieved at the end. Highly recommend Ron from Stanley Steemer!!

Wonderful job, explained process very well. Sent out wool area rug off to be cleaned at their facility, had the couch cleaned, and the hardwood cleaned and polished.

Patrick did a wonderful job. I had several spots that I was not sure what they were or how they got there. The carpeting hadn't been cleaned for a couple years as my husband was quite ill and I couldn't get it done. He took time to spray every spot and remove them and did a wonderful job. Can't say enough about how hard he worked

Aka was prompt, polite and friendly. Had us look the area over to be sure we were satisfied. He checked when discovering our area rug is wool snd needs to be taken in. He got pricing and explained the process in detail. We were offered a free spot cleaner to use in the meantime so wondering now how I obtain that. I forgot to ask before he left so that's on me. Very satisfied and happy to learn of your relationship with Costco which provided a nice savings.
