Tony and Nick cleaned our carpets a few weeks ago, and did a great job! We have had other cleaning companies do our carpeting in previous years, but Tony and Nick by far got them much cleaner. I really appreciate the way Tony kept in contact with me as he was trying to work us into his schedule, and texted on the day of our cleaning to let us know when he was on his way.
They were very easy to work with, and were very respectful of our house. They even placed their own fans in the areas they had just cleaned to help speed up drying. Their price was very reasonable, and they were very efficient.

Tony and Nick are a pleasure to work with! Their attention to detail and pride in their work are truly outstanding. I love how they accommodate different clients' needs. For example, my Mom, a small business owner, prefers to schedule over the phone, needs them to come after her business closes, and pays with cash. I, on the other hand, schedule through Facebook Messenger, need early morning appointments, and pay with Venmo. They are so fun and easy to work with, and their flexible scheduling makes everything a breeze. I truly look forward to their visits.

Owner just hung up on me because he said I was “hesitant” and didn’t want me to do something I didn’t want to? Cleaning my house? Terribly unprofessional.

Horrible attitude while speaking to owner on the phone, also decided to use racial and ethnic slurs while speaking with me. He did not realize that I was a black man when he chose to use his language.

I called to set up an appointment/quote. When I asked for Bob/Robert he asked “who is this” after stating my name, he rudely replied with “don’t know who you are and hung up”. Being a potential new customer I wouldn’t expect him to know who I am. Extremely rude and unprofessional!! Seeing other similar reviews I’m surprised he is still in business.

When I first started looking for a cleaning service, back in the days when you had to open a phone book to find people, I called Mallard on a whim just because the mallard duck in their ad caught my eye. I’m so glad I did. I have used Mallard cleaning for over 10 years in two different homes and they are simply the best service out there, especially for the price. They have always delivered above and beyond my expectations, even doing special services I request like cleaning the inside the fridge, or washing garbage cans. I have recommended them to my family and my work and they are just as pleased as I am. A couple years back I thought I might be losing my job, so I shopped around for other services that were just a tiny bit cheaper and there was simply no comparison in quality. I always tell people that Mallard gets your home so deep down clean and sanitary, that when I come home after they are finished, the whole house feels like it’s been dipped in bleach.

I cannot believe these one star reviews. The reviewers must be confusing them with another company or they have an ax to grind. Call the office and see for yourself how warmly and professionally you are treated.

Not sure about the couple poor reviews....I have been treated with nothing but real professionalism every time I have dealt with Mallard Home Services. The quality of cleaning and their work is completely unrivaled! Other reviews must be from competitors that just can't hang 😆 with the duck
