They saved our bacon getting out ballpoint pen and coffee stains off a rug and our carpet. Very professional company with very friendly people. All chemicals are pet safe. We are having them treat our rugs also!

These guys are amazing .... I have been using them for years and they never fail to impress me - my guy today was Steve and he was awesome ... explained everything and just went above and beyond ... these guys and this company are GREAT - A+++++

If anyone has something bad to say about this company it's because they have a poor work ethic or lack common sense. Everything is throughly explained during your 5 module training, instead of throwing the franchisee to the wolves Janpro gives you mock training in a facility with experienced owners. Terrell is a straight forward guy him and his wife know what there talking about. It's sad that the guy who ranked them one star did so w/o giving a reason why he felt Janpro was a poor fit.

I don't know anything about the quality of their cleaning services, but I have repeatedly asked them to stop sending me emails. They do not seem to understand, but I certainly wish they would stop blasting my inbox with useless spam. Never used them, never will.

I love the fact that Karen is so quick to return calls and help us in every way possible! Karen is a great face for Jan-Pro~! Out of curiosity does this company have a boss by the name of Kathy or Mitchell?? I got treated the same way but didn't get much info on who their boss was.

Piggy backing off of what Peerrecoveryspecialist said; this is same person as per recovery, I have contacted the company numerous times and have yet to get a response. It is now March which is three months past December and I have yet to hear from anyone about the money that is owed to us for the work we’ve done. Again, I wouldn’t work for or hire such a scammer company.
