I was very disappointed with my service. I walked downstairs as one of the cleaners was finishing up cleaning my area rug with a rug cleaner then he vacuumed it. There were complete areas which were missed. Behind the couch. Next to the couch. Behind the loveseat. Between the loveseat and the side tables. Didn’t vacuum the stairs. Bathrooms half cleaned. Corners not paid attention too. One cleaner did a good job with my kitchen. The other cleaner did a halfway job.

Jasmine Hunt charged our card “accidentally”, and also has not returned the deposit for services not provided, over $350 in fraudulent charges and no response. Beware.

AMAZING! She was able to fit me in same day and she was prompt and extremely thorough. She cleaned all 3 of my bathrooms and she had my entire home smelling amazing just from the great job she did with cleaning the bathrooms. She’s very personable and friendly and works with your schedule. My bathrooms look like they are ready for a showing. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I wish it would have been a better experience with the communication and customer service. The cleaning job requested ended up taking 4 days (2000 sq ft bottom rental unit with additional basement cleaning) that included many interruptions. Once the job was completed, Jasmine was very demanding about payment and threatened to take us to small courts after we told her that we needed to review the cleaning job before we paid the rest of balance due. We just expected the same patience that we gave her since the job extended into 4 days (Sept. 2nd to Sept 5th) instead of 1 day (Sept. 2nd) as we had new tenants waiting to move in.

It was communicated to her she would be paid after we reviewed the unit she and her team cleaned within her terms and conditions of the companies policy stating… “…payment to be made within 3 business days of when the job was completed. After the 3 business days lapsed a 10% late fee would be added.” Good policy, no complaints, she runs a business and she needs to be paid. We understand 100%.

Unfortunately Jasmine escalated the situation after 2 days of not being paid the remaining balance that instead of a 10% late fee, she’d just take us to small courts. She threatened me with that message and the decided to call me 18 times during my work day. Completely inappropriate and just very disruptive. We were still within the payment timeframe of her current terms and conditions, which was faster than her and her team completing the original cleaning job….that didn’t matter to her and again was still demanding to be paid with the same threat of small courts on the table. All that to say that she was paid today (3 business days after the completed job).

Hopefully from this experience/feedback she can change her policies to be paid faster, so she doesn’t upset future customers like myself.

In conclusion, we will not be using Pristine Cleaning Solutions services again. It’s seems as though regular house cleanings are her specialty and not move in/move out services.
Something to note for future consumers and that I’ve learned my lesson to read more reviews, before booking cleaning services.

I scheduled a new client deep cleaning for my 1 bedroom apartment. They were actually very accommodating initially and schedule me for an appointment within 5 days. Later, they canceled last minute due to being sick, but were able to fit me in for a couple of days later. They were about 35 minutes late, which was ok.
I liked how the place looked after cleaning and the bathroom was great, although the scents were overpowering. However, when I walked in to check on stuff, the cobwebs were not removed. Dining table, coffee table, side tables, night stands, and other furniture were not even touched ( items on them were as I left them with dust on them). I cleaned some of these stuff but I was able to send them som videos. The blinds in the living room were lightly dusted and the ones in the bedroom were not touched at all, despite that I offered to pay extra for washing if needed. There were stuff on the floor that were not removed at all, so I doubt they removed them to clean around them. My place is not a big place to start with, and I initially was ok since I know my place was messy from being out for a while. They left all there cleaning supplies in my garbage can, some of them with liquids still in them. When I texted, they offered to come back to clean those areas, but this is inconvenient to accommodate more than 6 hrs later. Eventually, they refunded about less than 30% of the service fees. I have sent photos and videos to the manager. Some of the stuff, like the cobwebs, and some of the furniture, I cleaned already when they did not respond ( Can’t add media here.)

My appointment was 1-2. They arrived at 3 to drop off a boy on his first day alone and go pick up his kids at school. They finished the deep cleaning at 6 p.m., leaving everything dirty. They didn't even sweep the living room. My oven is still greased... something basic... I paid extra for the wall cleaning, and they still have dust. A COMPLETELY EMPTY house. I enjoyed my money + tip while I had to pay for another deep cleaning with another company, of course.

Can’t say enough good things about Hunt’s Family Cleaning. They did two full move-in cleaning jobs for my business, back to back. They kept their word and held my spot for NEXT DAY service. They kept me updated while the cleanings were happening and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Their promise of a top to bottom clean was fulfilled. Our house was covered in a fine layer of construction dust after a renovation on every surface, inside every cabinet, everywhere. We hired Pristine Cleaning Solutions for their post construction clean, and I am stunned. They removed every speck of dust, cleaned all the windows, wiped down every wall, and made the entire place shine. They took a construction site and turned it back into a home. Their attention to detail is unmatched. If you need a cleanup after contractors, this is the only team to call.

I am an out of state investor and hired her to prepare the house for my tenants. My cleaning was scheduled for 9am and original the price was $200 (SFH, 1500sq ft 4/2) She never contacted me about the delay to start working. I called her at 9-15 and she said that she will be there in an hour. She wasn’t there till 12-30 and I contacted her again. Her response wasn’t clear but she arrived 15 minutes later. I asked for the property to be ready by 3pm. But she said that the floor needs to be cleaned from paint (which she never did after all) and she promised the house to be ready by 9pm. She finished a few minutes before 11-30pm.
She never sent any pictures during the process (while I was promised to get them) or never called. When I reached her by phone she said that the house had a lot of trash and I asked her to remove couple trash bags from the garage. My question about the price was ignored. I recorded all my telephone conversations.
At 11-30pm I received an invoice which included trash removal $175 and windows cleaning $25 without description. Windows cleaning was supposed to be included in move-out cleaning and she never confirmed it with me.
It was way too late for me and I said that I will check the details of the bill in the morning. Her response was: Invoice means invoice and you need to pay by midnight to avoid late fees.
In the invoice, she added $300 and total amount was $500 for 6 hours of work instead of $200 (3 hours) that I hired her for.
I contacted her next morning and said that amount that I was ready to pay is $200 and $50. She tried to scary me with a court where I would have to pay for everything.
Later, she agreed with amount $200 and $50 and sent me some photos. The quality of cleaning was good. It was the worst experience I've ever had.
The house didn't have any furniture and she shared/discussed some things with my tenant when he stopped by which was unprofessional.
Usually, cleaning companies confirm an amount and additional fees before starting the project.

I've been using their bi-weekly service for six months, and they are fantastic. They are always punctual, consistent, and pay amazing attention to detail. My home consistently feels fresh and welcoming. They are a company I can truly rely on.

As a busy professional, coming home to a spotless house every other week is a game changer. Pristine Cleaning Solutions has been my reliable service for over a year. They are consistently excellent, trustworthy (I give them a key), and pay attention to the details I request. Their communication is fantastic, and the quality never wavers. Highly recommend for regular maintenance.
