I was super thrilled with the communication and the service. I called and Tony answered right away; his staff showed up the next morning (and I got a 1/2 hour advance notice); and the guy did a great job! I hardly knew he was here and when he was done he asked me to let him know if I was satisfied. I couldn't be happier and the windows/doors look great! Very reasonable too!

Francisco did a wonderful job on our windows! He was very courteous and professional. Showed up on time and went straight to work until all windows were done. We plan on having them come at least once a year. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Paid good money for an end result of dirty windows. Owner was not interested in even looking at the completed job. Being a senior I didn't want to have to clean my own windows, but needed to pull out the ladder and reclean 1/2 the exterior windows. I wasted my money for what they did.

They did a great job. They're called Pro Clean now according to the tech that came out.

They were able to get me on the schedule quickly which was much appreciated. Chris came in, worked professionally and efficiently. The carpet looks and smells amazing!

One room 12x25 turned into 185.00 total!! Called to talk to "owner" about the issues, never heard back! Giving some small businesses a bad name! not good!!!
Dan was a nice guy but hearing about his personal problems and him asking for a tip in advance of the work was awkward. He did nothing but sell us more products and services throughout his 35 minute stay. The 80.00 "minimum"ended up being 185.00 (with tip) for one living room.
The carpet is probably cleaned and treated but the awkwardness of the time he was here was not worth the potential quality.

I have used Daisy Fresh, currently Proclean, in the past. The last time they came their hose(from the hot water) while touching my Pergo floor, without a tarp, left a line where it was. The previous GM, Jason Cox, came to my home, got on his knees, and used a cleaner to get it out. He is no longer with the company. He said that the technician should have asked if I wanted a tarp down.

Fast forward to today. Their person(Jay) shows up and has no tarp and no styrofoam blocks for under wooden furniture legs. He has these paper thin plastic squares. I have a new couch with wooden legs that I don"t want damaged with water. I called the office, communicated that I want a tarp down, and they sent a different technician, Chris. He shows up with two towels in his hand and no tarp, plus an attitude of "call another company then." I did and I will NEVER use them again.

This was the second time we had Jeff clean our carpets and we added all of our furniture this time too. He did an amazing job. Because our couch did not have any spots on it I didn't think it was that bad but after Jeff cleaned it we couldn't believe how dirty it was! Daisy Fresh made fall cleaning a breeze because Jeff did it all for me!!

Had Daisy Fresh come in to clean and sanitize a badly stained carpet because of years of pets. I was concerned itcwas to bad to do but the gentleman came in and cleaned it beyond anything I could have imagined. There are still places that just won't clean up. But he did an amazing job. Very Happy with Daisy Fresh.

A friend referred me to them as I was looking for someone to help take care of my newly renovated home. I spoke with Sue, the owner, who was personable & assuring, and explained what to expect. The girls who are doing the cleaning are efficient, thorough & very caring of my things. And, when they are done, it's such a good feeling to have a pretty home that I didn't have to spend hours cleaning!

Crew came four times to clean my son’s home. Only did most rudimentary cleaning. No one ran a Swiffer under any of the furniture, failing to pick up a variety of crumbs, dust, toys and debris. One would think this would be standard practice on wood floors since they didn’t have to vacuum. Very dissatisfied.
