They had a plethora of planters and even though I was followed through the store, I was helped when I asked and the owner was quit knowledgeable about houseplant care. I will definitely go back. Hopefully they will recognize me and not be fearful next time.

While the selection was ok the communication skills of anyone inside the facility were zero to none. Confusing directions with no one communicating with each other made our experience really questionable. The only employee that communicated was the man who answered questions about the flowers when asking about mulch make sure that you pay for the correct mulch. I was over charged $90

My boyfriend and I just brought home our first Christmas tree and the friendly and helpful staff made it a fun experience for us! They had a nice selection of many tree varieties. Thank you Highland Garden Center!

This place has the feeling of a successful business. Things are fresh and they are able to offer a full experience. This meant we bought a tree fresh and beautiful. They loaded it trimmed the bottom helped secure it to the car. And had poinsettias and all the trimmings. Free popcorn tons of thing to let's your senses go wild. They are a must see, for your garden or holiday needs.

Staff so friendly and amazing selections. I won't be going to home Depot or Lowes anymore only here. I got few large pots a tomato plant a bell pepper plant some bamboo sticks and soil and all under 40 bucks at home Depot would have been at least 60.

We just bought three beautiful Wichita Blue Junipers here today. They are 5' tall and very full- maybe 2' wide... the price was great. We got so much tree for so little money... it's hard to find bigger trees at the price we paid. And, for a nominal fee they delivered the trees to our home 5 miles away... immediately! They actually followed us home. We have been purchasing plants and trees from them (and some other stores) for over two years since we bought our home in Cleveland Heights. Thank you to Highland Garden Center for reminding the public that the dollar goes further when you support a local business. We will continue to shop with them as we continue to furnish our yard!

Best place to go for all of your landscaping needs. But what is better than the products they sell... Their Customer Service!!! I placed an order for several yards of top soil and mulch and before delivery, the weather had changed where it would not have been the best conditions (rain) to deal with soil and black mulch. I called back and spoke to Leah and asked to reschedule the delivery...No problem -rescheduled. Again, the same situation occurred (rain), I was reluctant about another schedule change given the order was scheduled for that day, but called that morning and Leah says no problem and we were able to reschedule and the delivery was made the morning of the new date and we were able to get the job done. My only suggestion would be for them to look at the Google Maps site for their business and have them update the site because at one point is said "permanently closed" it now says Google is reviewing the status of permanently closed. Although there are a lot of people that know you are not.. The business you may be losing given that is sitting on your business site for your site search may be affecting it somewhat. All-in-all my husband and I were very pleased with their service and business and will be coming back again. Thank you.

Fantastic shopping experience. I walked in without a clue of what I wanted (looking for gift inspiration) and found a very welcoming staff. Subsequently, I walked out with a car full of beautiful Christmas flowers, gifts and house plants. Don't tell anyone I said this, but this late in the season and the house plants (not Christmas plants!) Are deeply discounted!

Selection is good, and plants are well cared-for. The counter can be hectic. You'll prefer to do business in person, because they're not great at answering the phone or returning calls.

Drove out of our way to go to this nusery. We walked around 10 minutes and were not greeted by the two ladies in the nusery. If you need assistance or just simple customer service this is not the place for you. When we arrived we were the only car in the parking lot. That lets you know the amount of traffic in the store. Ridiculous!

Blows all the competition out of the water! Best hanging basket collection in town! They might not be BOGO but for what it will cost you for one at the big box local chain retailer you can get two here.

Amazing greenhouse I love just walking around and always get something!

Prices are high----and do they charge customers differently for the same item....one reviewer said they give discounts "if you are pleasant". Either all customers should get a discount or none. Not good, not professional. Some items do not even have prices on them. The elderly man at check out tried to overcharge me for a couple of shrubs I purchased. He was inept and couldn't do simple math. The transaction took much longer than it should! When I was there, many of the flowering plants were quite brown and needed watering. An employee said it was because they couldn't find anyone to water them. Can management not water them? A very elderly man who said he was the general manager was very rude and arrogant when I told him a few checks I made out had not been cashed; it had been over a month. This after I had made a couple of phone calls to employees asking that they please be cashed. Nothing was done.
So that's when I went back down to the store. They were just sitting in the drawer all that time and they couldn't care less. This is common practice at this store and very unprofessional. He acted like my concern was a bother. I then tried to explain to him how it is a safety issue for the customer and that they should not be left hanging around in their drawer for so long. Old cash register too...maybe from the 1980s by the looks of it. Will not return to this store.

I absolutely love going to this place, you guys need to do something about your parking situation when you have unloading trucks and people taking up Elaine and a half parking and then you're blocking people from pulling in because you're loading trucks in front does not make me want to come back to your establishment use need to do better with that parking twice I pulled out and pulled back in I won't do it again

This place has it all. Great friendly service, and everything is here. The greenhouse is filled with great quality plants. Definitely visit.

When I need plants, flowers or vegetables this is where I go. Best plants, knowledgable staff, all kinds of beautiful things for the garden.

Absolutely love this smallish garden center! They have beautiful flowers and plants and other things like fountains and bird baths and fire pits if you want that stuff. Also. The staff there was very helpful when we were trying to select flowers for our yard, letting us know what will work, where and which plants they thought looked the best. Very knowledgeable of the nicest pre-potted plants that were available to choose from and selections of colors were wonderful. I go there every year!

Had driven by this place hundreds of times and finally stopped in. Wow, never imagined the huge selection I would find inside. This will be my “go to” garden center from now on.

I can't say enough about this place. The staff were so friendly and very knowledgeable. They don't just work here, they know what they're talking about so you are set up properly to be successful in your outdoor plans. They have everything organized and properly labeled. A large inventory of plants, trees and shrubs, and lawn decor such as planters and figurines. If you have bulky items, they load your vehicle and take their time in ensuring they are transported safely and are cautious around your vehicle. Their prices are comparable to other places, but their quality is better in my opinion. I am more than thrilled with my first time here and will be back for all my landscaping needs.

Great selection, good prices, helpful staff.

They have an amazing selection of stone at a really good price. I did not get a good look in the greenhouse, but they also have some amazing statues and baskets. I put a picture of 1 of the statues I ended up buying.
