TJ and his team were excellent to work with! Very professional and action oriented from the first conversation through the completion of the project. TJ and team designed and installed our stone patio and it was completed exactly as designed. Will be using them again and recommend to all.

I can't say enough about TJ and his crew. They were always on-time, professional, easy to communicate with, they worked efficiently (2 days from start to finish) and true craftsmen. Imagine making brick look this fluid! Our new patio is graded away from our house, so they solved our old problem of water seeping in the basement too. This is our second experience with TJ Farinacci. He installed a new walkway in front of our house four years ago. We were so pleased, we hired him again to build the patio. I'm including some photos of the finished patio. Very, very pleased with the results.

We just had the pavers in the backyard completely restored. The crew from TJ were very fast and professional given the huge section of pavers we had. The work done was so thorough! They sanded, sealed, repaired, re-leveled, fixed borders and edges, you name it! Two days and the whole thing was done. And the pavers look amazing! They were extremely respectful of the property. After they were done, you couldn't even tell they were there with how clean they left it! Communication with the company was excellent. 10/10 I would definitely call on TJ again for any future paver work and have even recommended them to some of our neighbors who are considering getting paver work done as well.

We desperately needed a landscaping business to guide us on what to do with the steep incline in our backyard. We had several quotes from various companies, but only one, TJ Farinacci Landscaping, took the time to consult with us and give us tangible ideas on what could be done. TJ drew up a large scale plan on what he proposed could be a workable solution. He made sure we liked the plan and discussed everything from plants, stones, mulch and also the color and placement. His crew is exceptional and has a strong work ethic which resulted in producing high quality work. TOP NOTCH COMPANY!! We had a landscaping project go sour right before winter, and were panicked that perhaps we would have to wait until spring to get our project back on track. No so! TJ came out the same day I called him and was able to get his crew out the following week to save the day! Everything from communication, to their fabulous show room, their fair prices, and the actual execution of our multiple patio and walkway project—when I say every part of working with this company was top notch, I truly mean it. My husband and I cannot recommend TJ Farinacci enough! If you have any landscaping projects, this is the company you want to hire. If I could give this company a zero I would. I have been in contact with Mike DiCillo since March 27th and he has given me nothing but lies and a runaround. He tells me that he is going to stop by and never shows up. Tells me he tried calling multiple times but I have no missed calls. Tells me he showed up but is not on any of my cameras to prove he was here. Tells me he sent an email that was very detailed, that I never got. For such a highly rated company I expected a lot more and I don't understand it, but I am done giving him chances!!

They have been taking care of my lawn, shrubs and Snow Plowing since October 2020. They are very prompt, very thorough, efficient , professional and reliable. They were able to prune my very tall shrubs and small trees in spite of a hill. Because of a hill out front, they were careful enough to use a small mower rather than the very large industrial mowers which can damage the lawn. They are totally reliable and prompt in removing the large amounts of snow we have had this winter. Their rates are very reasonable. In all, they do an excellent job.

I was so happy with the work that was done at my house. I dread usually calling around to look for the best local contractors or landscapers in my area because of the back and forth with prices. But when I called DiCillo Landscape Design Inc they returned my phone call within a half hour of requesting the quote. Michael was very polite, professional, and honest. Not only did he do the work needed on my home (stone walkway and patio, weekly lawn/shrub maintenance) but suggested other things I could do to help keep it up and make it look better! I never felt pressured into anything and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

This "company" is deplorable. The communication, integrity, and commitment to service are all lackluster. The owner, Michael, leaves a lot to be desired. He states that he sends correspondence, and does not. He does not respond to inquiries in a timely fashion. A significant amount of time was wasted with this company for matters that I would have considered routine (eg, Sending a quote, discussing pricing, developing a timeline for work). My experience with Dicillo Landscape Design has been overwhelmingly negative, and I strongly recommend potential customers to search elsewhere.

Chuck Frate and his team is highly. recommended for CUSTOMER service and OUTSTANDING landscape design. He will provide his customer with his ideas and collaborate with the owners style His work is efficient, meticulous and completed in a timely manner. Chuck is flexible and will adjust any completed projects as needed. Thank you CHUCK and your team for all your hard work.

I called with a request. They never returned my call

An old guy was sitting in his truck on my street so I took the opportunity to ask for a quote on weekly mowing. He presented himself as the owner. He was rude and dismissive and told me to get somebody else. Don't worry, I will.

Chuck Frate is awesome! He is very personable, hard working and provides excellent service for a reasonable price. He prides in his work. They did our landscaping and also do the maintenance from spring to fall. His guys do a thorough work cutting grass, trimming shrubs, trees, mulching, cleans up well. They are always consistent. I definitely recommend Frate Landscaping!

I'm obsessed with having my lawn maintained weekly. In the past, I've had someone cut my grass but without the edging and clean up work that makes the yard look professionally groomed. I found LawnStarter advertised on the app, Next-door, so I decided to give them a call. The outcome of their service is 100% better and I've had many neighbors notice the difference as well. The technician does a very proper cutting and also takes the time to do edging and clean up details that make a difference in the appearance of my lawn. My husband is allergic to grass so having a very good outside service is important. He even approves of Lawnstarter and that's a relief! Our technician's name is Joe. He's always on time and seems to really care about the quality of his work. I highly recommend this service.They also have excellent customer service.
