LawnStarter has been very helpful with lawn maintenance while I haven't been around. Willie is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend his services.

Deondre did a great job cutting my grass! He was on time, worked efficiently, and left my yard looking clean and well-kept. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I would recommend him to anyone needing reliable lawn care.

Joe does a great job on our lawn. You make sure everything is cleaned up and the yard is nice and neat. I would recommend him to anybody that is looking for lawn service.

The procedure to set up the service was great. I was able to hear about the procedures for the lawn and trimming of the bushes. The front and rear lawn was good and there were no extra trash because cleaned the areas after the lawns and bushes were cut and extra items were cleared.

I had service with Lawn Starter for mowing grass, edging, hedge trimming and clean-up. The price started out at $47 plus tax and fees, $53.50. When I got the bill, it was $78.50 which included longer grass fee. I was not informed of this amount ahead of time because I would have said no. The communication between them and me was all screwed up. I disputed and canceled my service. They still want to charge me for the dispute, so I canceled my card. I will put this review wherever I cans so others won’t get ripped off. Now I have to find someone else to do it. Don’t do business with this company. THEY ARE RIP OFFS OR SCAMMERS!!!

We have used Zeke not only for the lawn weekly cutting, but for additional service.
Zeke trimmed and shaped large hedges in our front yard. He has trimmed our apple tree. Recently he cleared all the leaf debris in both the back and front yard.
He is very detailed and the lawn looks amazing.
We receive compliments from family, friends and neighbors.
The cost is less than competive landscaping companies. You can request service, receive the bid and accept or decline.
I love the scheduling freedom with the app.
I highly recommend them.

I had shoulder surgery done and my lawn was getting little out of control so I made an appointment for the Lawn starter to come to service my lawn.
Jeremy and his crew showed up on time and saved the day 😊 my lawn looks great.
My backyard was little higher than I normally keep it.. Jeremy's crew has my back yard looking amazing now.

Harrison and his crew did a great job on my lawn!! Efficient, and great attention to detail. They went above and beyond. I had an issue with my former landscaper which left me with 3 weeks growth while we were on vacation. Harrison and his team got it taken care of and even raked up the long cut grass so it wouldn't burn the grass underneath. I highly recommend Harrison for lawncare

The online interaction was so quick and easy and didn’t have to speak to a single person. Hassan came out, super polite, he got everything done quickly and cleanly, really appreciated him. My lawn looks better than it has in months.

LawnStarter is a great service and is very convenient for our family especially staying in different states . My father passed away and his lawn was out of control .. unfortunately I reside in Tx .. received a ticket from the city .. LawnStarter was able to get out to his home immediately and they were able to get pictures through my portal after the work was completed.. highly recommend!

Updating my review from 1 star to 4: I have had a couple issues with this company and the crews they assigned to my properties. Mainly in cutting the areas that were originally agreed to in the initial quote that lead to complaints from the tenants/neighbors and a warning issued by the city. Although customer service was largely unhelpful, once a third party was involved to investigate my concerns, I believe at Lawn Starter's request, the matter seems to have been resolved and I was made whole. Kudos to Lawn Starter for stepping up, though a bit late. I hope no further issues arise as this could be a 5 star service if it is now a truly set it and forget it system.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism on both parties, LawnStarter/ Remington. I'm from another state. I came into town to have some bushes trimmed/ weeds cut down, at my deceased sister's property.
My time was waisted. I called and followed up on the services several times in two days. I'm leaving tomorrow and the work was not done.
When Remington finally responded, he stated something was going on with LawnStarter app and he did not no I accepted the quote.
Remington did not communicate, he was unresponsive to my text, and a noshow! LawnStarter made excuses for Remington action!
Remington stated he did not plan for me in his schedule today, however he can get to me the next day WOW!

Mike and crew showed up when they were supposed to and left the lawn manicured and cut to the right length and looking better than ever. Mike went over with me on his plans to improve the lawn which I really appreciated. If your looking for great customer service and quality work I would highly recommend Mike

I am very satisfied with my experience with LawnStarter. As an executor of an estate that held a residence, I needed to make arrangements for the property to be maintained until it sold. Once LawnStarter took over, I had no worries. I received emails concerning upcoming services and reporting services were completed.

Our lawn cuts were always done on time and had no issues for the times we had scheduled. Great service.

Spoke to a sales rep sept. 30. He set me up for today, Oct 2 for lawn service. No one showed up. I called customer service, she said I'm not even on the schedule for today and they are waiting for confirmation from the provider to see when he can come out. So, the salesperson "misrepresented" himself about scheduling an appointment, they make you pay in advance with a credit card before services are rendered, and I have no idea if anyone will actually show up. Also, they are heavy on pushing other services that I don't need or want.

I have been extremely satisfied with LawnStarter and the PRO I have doing my lawn care. Getting started with them was very easy, the customer representative(s) were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me and my numerous questions. I was planning to have them temporarily, however, Demetrius (PRO) has done an exceptional job and is very professional, business oriented and pleasant to work with, so I am keeping them on. The same could be said of the Lawn Starter owners - they surely follow up and make sure I'm satisfied with them and the work their PRO does. I would highly recommend LawnStarter and the services they provide!!! KUDOS to them!
