MVP Snow n' Lawn is very business-like and professional. Our owners especially appreciate the emails that MVP sends out in anticipation of a snow or freeze event. Most important, the quality of their work is unsurpassed by any other snow plow contractor we have used over the last 17 years.

I made an appointment after discussing the situation and how I Required the job to be done. They came in on time, left no sign they were there, and the job I requested to be done was done exactly how I requested it. My arriving home was just a happy feeling that someone does what they say they are going to!

MVP has done work for us a few times now, and each time we were extremely happy with the results. From cleanup to landscaping to repair to grass installation, everything they did was very quick, efficient, courteous, and professional. The landscaping in the front was creative and eye-catching. The shrub removal and grass installation in the backyard was transforming, and you wouldn't know it was the same lawn, for the better. I would highly recommend MVP.

This service is absolutely awful.

Update: In response to MVP saying we are not a customer, that is because we as individuals are not customers. We as a neighborhood are - They service Red Tail in Avon, Ohio and have been one of the worst landscaping services I have ever dealt with. I just wish our HOA would listen to us and change services rather than save a couple of bucks.

I cannot express how much I recommend MVP for all of our snow needs. This past winter of 2024-2025 was one of the worst we've had in quite a long time. And BOY you wouldn't even be able to tell on any of our five properties. Their crews always pre-salted and stayed on top of the forecast every single week of the winter. It got to a point where I stopped keeping tabs on them because I knew I could trust their entire process. From the office, to the crew managers, to the crews themselves. I deal with a ton of different vendors but I genuinely mean it when I say these guys are at the top of our vendor list

We have worked with MVP a few times over the past six years since we bought our house. Eddy has come out multiple times, even for one a single job, to discuss ideas and options with us. His team is very communicative while they work on site and ensure what they are doing is what we were expecting. In addition they were very kind to let our young son very closely observe what they were doing and even look at the big machinery they use. The team also was responsive in coming out and performing touchup as things settled. Overall the work they did itself gets rave reviews from friends and neighbors. The walls they installed both look amazing and we really can't rave enough about the quality of the work. Would definitely recommend Eddy and team!

My wife and I had our overgrown backyard and garden treated by MVP this fall. The communication was great from the start, with quick emails back and forth to set up a meeting. Eddy came out and laid out all of our options while working with us to keep it in our budget. He was very knowledgeable about the variety of plants we had in the back and got us back several different estimates. We were scheduled within a few weeks to get our job done. When the two landscapers came, they worked hard to get the job done within a day. They went above and beyond asking us any questions that they were unsure on, communicating their schedule, and were respectful of our pet. I would recommend MVP to anyone I know in need of lawncare service.

My wife and I used Adam and his company for our work. We had trees cut, ruts fixed, sod laid, beds mulched and plants placed around the building. Excellent quality, service and pricing! Would highly recommend.

After seeing Property Priority’s concrete work on an Instagram post, we contacted them for an estimate. Mikesell, the owner, promptly responded to our inquiry and gave us an estimate that seemed reasonable for the amount of work we requested. After learning that they could schedule the work the next week, we decided to engage Property Priority. The job consisted of removing a badly buckled sidewalk, a front door walkway, and a cracked driveway along with its rough apron, and replacing those with new concrete.

We especially appreciated that during the process of placing the forms for the new walkway to the front door, Mikesell contacted us and showed us that instead of the previous squared off walkway, they had curved the corners, measurably improving the aesthetics of the front walk. After showing me the curved forms, however, he also gave us the option of returning to the former squared-off walkway if we didn’t approve of the curved one. We chose to keep the curves. We absolutely loved this detail that was provided at no extra cost to us.

Property Priority communicated well from beginning to end and provided us with pictures throughout the work process. During our walkthrough of the finished job, Mikesell made sure we were completely satisfied with their work. Upon completion, the job site was left clean and we are so pleased with the finished result. We highly recommend this company!

My wife and I are very pleased with our experience working with Adam Mikesell. The project was small in comparison to others that Property Priorities has done, but we believe we were treated as if it was as equally important to any other one that he has done.
I retired from being in the construction business for almost thirty years. In that time, I learned that treating your customers with honesty, fairness and integrity sets you apart from your competitors. Adam truly believes in those values and does set himself apart.
