If anyone is looking to have hardscaping done we wanted to share our experience with Adam Mikesell and his team. They did a phenomenal job on our project and brought our feedback to life!

The team was professional, punctual and communicative. We also enjoy their attention to detail. We are beyond happy with the outcome of the job and have been playing putt putt daily!

Adam and his crew were timely, responsive, responsible, understanding, affordable, and high quality. They do not cut corners when it comes to the hardscape of your home and property. I had my driveway widened with pavers and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. I would recommend Property Priority Landscaping to anyone wanting good work done! Definitely support this small business before looking elsewhere.

Adam installed a patio for us at our previous residence, so we called him to remove a river rock and concrete front entranceway at our new home. He replace it with pavers and the results were great!. We've had many compliments on the new look. As per our previous experience with Adam and his crew, he was professional and very attentive to the details. We would highly recommend Property Priority.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our retaining walls. Adam is not only professional with an awesome crew but he goes the extra where so many companies fall short. He always responds to a text, calls back, tries to help work through an issue. 100% recommend!

Adam and his team did a great job on our front patio and walkway. We couldn’t be happier with the final product. We can’t wait to go outside and enjoy it once the spring rolls around.

Best lawn. Best hardscaping.

They are just another contractor out there price gouging customers. All of their projects in our neighborhood look exactly the same and are far from impressive, especially for the prices they charge.

Buyer Beware! They put our new yard in last fall, okay job, however not great for the price. Charged a ridiculous amount of money to freshen up the beds this spring. Put new mulch on top of weeds- going into summer had to hire another company to redo all their work. Disappointed is an understatement. Not the most honest either 😡

From consultation and design of a great patio project with Joe to creative suggestions from Sam and implementation by Joe, Sam and the crew everything went off without a hitch - all in about a week and a half. Highly recommend for patio projects.

They delivered a beautiful patio in 2 days. Joe helped us design the patio based on our desires and his experience. And Sam and the guys made it happen quickly.

Wow! I cannot believe the stunning transformation our yard underwent today thanks to Calanni Landscaping! I cannot wait to have them back to complete more projects for us. Joe and Sam have an incredible eye for design and are truly a pleasure to work with.

Professional. During the quoting process they were very engaged in the process. They took the time to understand and gave good suggestions.
Knowledgeable. I've had some issues not related to the job and Sam has always had the answer. Google is a dangerous thing that can take you down many paths, Sam is better than google when it comes to this field.
Hardworking. Was not scared in letting the kids watch the team work. They put their head down and get the job done. They are not there to mess around, but give you a quality product.

Over all I would recommend Calanni, to anyone looking. They are not fly by night, they are in it for the long haul and thus they want to give you a quality product.

Great quote for an irrigation system, landscaping and lawn. We agreed to have the landscaping done for us this year and we decided to wait for the irrigation system and lawn until the spring. After we realized how much of a hassle not having a lawn became we called and he had us scheduled for the irrigation system to be put in and set up the following day and the lawn was put in days later. It looks amazing. Sam’s good on his word. We could not be happier!

Can't say how happy we are with Calanni's team. Professional's at every stop. They came and restored our faith in the landscaping industry. The attention to detail by the team is amazing and follow-up is even better. For the first month I often found a Calanni representative walking our yard every few days to ensure everything was coming in well and asking any random question we might have. Stand up company that provides great customer service.

I am absolutely appalled but our experience of trying to have Calanni come out to get an estimate on a patio and landscaping for our new build. After receiving a call back at 8pm the individual who we spoke with was beyond rude- we informed him we were looking to put in a patio and some landscaping and when he asked approx square footage he told us that 250 square feet would be too small. We told him we were not exactly sure what we were looking for and that is why we were hoping to have someone come out to assist and give us a quote. The gentleman continued to talk over my husband over and over, than started asking about a deck which we told him three times we don’t have. Maybe this guy had a bad day but than he should know to not call potential customers back at 8 at night. If I could give this experience zero stars I would.

I dealt with Joe from Calanni Landscaping and I couldn't be happier with the finished result. Joe came out to meet with me for a consultation to understand exactly what my needs were and to get an idea of what I was trying to do with my front yard. Him and his crew came right on time and finished the job exactly how he described during our consultation. Highly recommended!!
