House Cleaning reviews in Cleveland, Ohio

I had paid $388 to have my windows cleaned, which includes the tracks that the windows slide in those were cleaned. The guy came back, he cleaned them, but then he left flies in the tracks to call it clean. I would not use this company ever again.

EDIT...the owner of Central Window Cleaning called and apologized. He was very genuine and offered a free window cleaning in the fall
I accepted and they will come in October-November. Customer customer service was exceptional.

Both Paris and Dionte expressed professionalism/courtesy/and respect in completing all of the glass and windows that needed cleaning. I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

I had 2 techs working on my house in the past week. Justin was absolutely amazing and so considerate. Unfortunately he was not able to return but the second tech was able to pick right up where he left off. My fall decoration kit looks stunning and my house looks great. Thank you everyone including Bruce! I will certainly be calling you again in the future.
My only complaint is that my sidewalk and heat pump were covered in debris, luckily the rain washed most of it away before my event and guests showed up.

Jesse and Shawn did great work. I had the windows, roof, and stone paths on my property cleaned, and the guys did quick, thorough, and professional quality work. Would absolutely recommend.

Had a rough start to the job, but Jorden came through and completed the project.
One thing... it would have been nice to have a call before workers arrived.

Hired this company to clean interior, exterior, and window tracks. On the scheduled day, only one person showed up and waited hours outside for a second worker who never arrived. We waited all day at home hoping the other person would show up so we could let them inside. The one person ended up only spraying down some exterior windows and left on the scheduled day. The next day, another person came, cleaned the exterior, and sprayed the screens I took out myself. I ended up cleaning all the window tracks myself and handled reinstalling the screens. Extremely disappointing service. Would not recommend.

First time to have my windows professionally cleaned. Paris did a wonderful job and quickly. He is a wonderful young man and would ask for him the next time. So very friendly.

Sorry, not too happy with this year's cleaning. I thought getting only the outside of windows done would save me money & time. The man sent to do the job was very friendly & agreeable. However, he didn't do a good job at the cleaning & he even skipped a window. Price was more than expected too, since I've used you several times to do both in & outside of windows.

Central Window Cleaning was Fast, Courteous, and Excellent in every way. They made my windows sparkle! Tracks were cleaned, and they helped my house sell in 1 day!

I am sorry to say that I did not have a good experience with this company. My windows after cleaning are streaked and several weren’t even cleaned. Spiderwebs are still on some screens and windows. I tried working with company but they did not care. Was asked for pictures which I sent. General manager in Dayton area never contacted me.

The detail I would like to share is #1, The right side of our garage door was not completely cleaned, #2, The top of our roof was not sprayed completely leaving some stain marks still present, front door top roof.
Will you please send someone back out to our home to finish the job and I will give the operator the 5 stars ratings.

Dionte did a great job cleaning the gutters! He was very prompt and efficient and had great communication. I’ve used Central Window Cleaning for several years for gutter cleaning and have never been disappointed.

We are so happy with this company. The 2 men who cleaned the windows were on time, were polite, respectful of my property, and did a thorough, detailed job. The windows are still sparkling even after a full day of rain the day after. The Central Window Cleaning office worked with me on changing the dates a few times too. I highly recommend this company.
