House Cleaning reviews in Cleveland, Ohio

We have a large home with both new and older windows. The two gentlemen worked all day and never took a break or had lunch. They were courteous, positive and friendly throughout the work. Unfortunately due to the number of windows, they had to return the next morning to finish the job and were on site at 8:00 am. That was great, but we had to rearrange our schedules to be home to allow them to finish. One of the owners showed up to give them a hand.
We will use them again in the spring but will definitely need make sure they have an additional person on the job or plan for two days.

I had a film on several of my windows from a solution that I used in error on the glass. i thought it was hopeless to ever have nice windows again. Kendall came out from Central Window & got to work! My windows are absolutely beautiful now!! I find myself now just stopping as I'm walking thru a room to just stare at the windows!! I definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them on an annual cleaning!! Unfortunately I can't include pictures - I have one arm in a cast! But trust me when I tell you - you won't be dissappointed in your cleaning experience!!

You probably shouldn't have your business advertised while not knowing how to conduct yourselves in a parking lot where elderly people live. Unruly and horrific language from children and adults for 30 minutes accompanied by loud music and others yelling at one another. Please learn how to respect others.

I am very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism that Hunt's Family Cleaning Service provided. They went over what was to be covered when they bid the job and their cleaning went beyond. I would highly recommend their services.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Did a HORRIBLE job “cleaning”. Was on her phone practically the whole time and the second cleaner was complaining out loud the whole time that she didn’t want to be there. Then claimed a partial refund would be issued of $150 out of the $450 payment then says it was a “typo” and they will only refund the $60 tip my mom issued before she could get around in her wheelchair and see the horrible job her and her co worker did. Left early before finishing the job to get to class then was upset my mom did not want her back to clean the upstairs that was practically untouched because of her horrible first floor cleaning.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE “LOW” PRICING.
Mind you, this was supposed to be a deep clean. Then after she claimed she would issue a refund, it took her 3 days to refund just the tip and that it was a typo due to her texting it while she was driving.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE VERY USELESS AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL. IF YOU LIKE YOUR PEACE OF MIND, NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE. AFTER CANCELING AND RESCHEUDLING 3 TIMES, THE LADY THAT CAME DID 50% OF THE JOB AND JUST LEFT WITHOUT EVEN SAYING ANYTHING. SHE WAS MAKING FALSE ACCUSATIONS THAT I WAS RAISING MY VOICE AT HER BECAUSE SHE INFORMED ME SHE HAD TO LEAVE WITHIN 3 HOURS AND THAT HER BOSS WILL CALL ME AND SEND ANOTHER CLEANER TO COMPLETE THE JOB. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED HER BOSS AND ASKED HER IF THAT IS TRUE AND SHE SAID SHE HAS NO ONE ELSE TO SEND SO THE CLEANER BLATANTLY LIED TO MY FACE AND NEXT THING I KNOW, THE BOSS TEXTED ME SAYING I CANT SHOUT AT HER EMPLOYEYEA AND INFORMED ME SHE IS GOING TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY EVEN BEFORE THE THREE HOUR MARK. COMPLETE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE THAT TOOK MY MONEY FOR NO REASON AND I THANK GOD I HAD MY PARTNER WAS IN HERE WITH ME TO QWITNEESS EVERYTHING. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER. YOU WILL BE TRULY DISAPPOINTED. FRAUDSTERS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Came 3 times, charged 7 times to my card. Consistently did not show up. Did not clean well when they did show up

EDIT: the owner responded and said that they only missed one cleaning, but this isn't true - I was charged 7 times on my credit card and they only came to clean 3 times. They only refunded one payment. Currently disputing the charges with my bank

Scheduled a deep clean before having a baby and it looks amazing. My house is so clean and I feel so relieved. These ladies did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
