What a good experience! I was booking a carpet cleaning for my *very* persnickety MIL (she's a cool lady, but *definitely* knows what she wants!). Kevin was excellent, carefully assessing everything and talking to us about exactly what he would do, how, and in what order, and setting appropriate expectations for price. He cleaned everything we needed in good time, with a price less than I expected to pay considering the amount of work that needed to be done. The mother in law observed quietly, periodically saying "Excellent" and "Great!". At the finish she was *very* impressed with how wonderful the dear old carpet looked, and how startlingly clean the loveseats were ('I didn't realize they were so dirty!') We will definitely call again, and recommend to others!

Our experience with K&L was great. It was easy to book, fairly priced and the work started on time with easy communication. The couch we had cleaned looks great!

Had a pipe burst at my apartment and it totally soaked my rugs and gave them a weird rusty tint. Called K&L, and Kevin came by my apartment the same day to pick up my rugs, and in a few days I got them back and they look as good as new!! This is the only place in the Cleveland area that actually gets your rug truly, deeply clean. Kevin is a master at what he does. I have a thick Moroccan rug that no one else — and I mean no one — has ever been able to clean properly. I’ve tried multiple companies (yes, even Arslanian Bros), spent thousands, and still my rug came back feeling grimy.

Now? I’m stunned. It’s immaculate. You could perform surgery on this thing, it’s so pristine.

If you’ve been through the same nightmare, stop here. If you’re new and just starting your search, do yourself a favor: skip the costly trial-and-error and call Kevin. You’ll thank yourself.

K&L provides a very professional and courteous service. From the moment that I called he was very willing to answer all of my questions. I needed to have my sectional couch cleaned and an appointment was set the next day. The couch is on the 2nd floor which was not an issue. Above all of the professionalism and his nice demeanor the couch looks brand new. I can't ask for better service and a reasonable price. I will be using K&L for all of my carpet and upholstery needs.

I am so happy I made the decision to get my area rugs professionally cleaned. I couldn’t believe the stains on the backside after pulling it up. Kevin was promptly on time and very kind. He cleaned the carpets in our family room and office area within an hour. We have two dogs and Kevin was able to get the stains from them out of the carpet. Very pleased.
