Carlos was professional, prompt and efficient. He was also able to remove several stains out of our carpet. We received service the same day we called for a quote.

Friendly, efficient, and professional. The service was great but I do wish it was made more clear that furniture, even very small light items would not be moved. I had a standing mirror and weight bench that I would’ve moved had I realized. It was our first time having this done so now I know for the future.

Thanks Stanley Steemer for a great day! I called on Thursday and Jackie got us in on Saturday. Patrick came promptly and tackled the sticky glue left all over our brand new LVT tile floor that was installed recently (and incorrectly - TWICE!!) by a restoration company’s unskilled workers. Patrick also had our old carpeting and upholstery looking like new. What a personable, hardworking young man! We will definitely be calling again to have Patrick back for future work!

Team was prompt, courteous and hardworking. Good guys. We were happy with the end result of the cleaning. Except, they walked back through with a lot of mulch on their feet that we needed to vacuum up after they left and they left scuff marks from their equipment on our white bathroom tile and our new hardwood floors that we are still trying to get rid of. I don’t blame the workers but blame a company that has equipment that is too heavy industrial for home environments. Overall happy, but frustrated by the inattention to small things that really matter.

Sarone & Chad did an exceptional job from start to finish with my 3 rooms, hallways and stairs carpet cleaning job👍 They were very professional, knowledgeable, and extremley friendly. Made it a point to keep me constantly updated, we're quick to answer any questions I had and attended to all my needs requested. The carpets now look like new. They were a exceptional crew.I would definitely recommend them to anyone that I know....In the future if needed, I want the same technicians, they went above and beyond with the service, they explained everything directly to me, very professional outstanding service. I had duct cleaning and also a UV light installed. My family and I can definitely breathe better. Highly recommended if you need duct, cleaning or have allergies.
