We have used Russ for the last 5 years every year for power washing and windows. We are always very happy with his work and he is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Had conversations and he would say he was coming in the afternoon and never showed nor called!! Very frustrating!!

My review is purely related to service and cannot verify the quality of work as he never came and did anything. I called 2+ weeks ago on a Monday and we scheduled a cleaning for Wednesday. This appointment was cancelled because it was too cold and reschedule for Thursday (next day). This appointment was also cancelled 30 minutes prior to again due to weather. We agreed the weather was tricky so he would come do it weather permitting and he "had the address." 9 days went by with some good weather days and when I called to confirm it was done he had no idea what house I was talking about. When he finally remembered he said they didn't do it and there were a bunch of houses ahead of me, which shocked me as I had called 2 weeks earlier. I said I would have someone else do it. He called me back to say he "just remembered" he could come tomorrow and when I said ok but it was his last chance he told me he "didn't like my attitude" and cancelled again! Unbelievable how bad the service was and I was trying very hard to give them business. Wouldn't recommend dealing with them.

Said he would be there in evening.
Said he texted about time but never got it. Then called us in morning 5min b4 he was coming. asked him to try take some of moisture out of the carpet but I think he just sprayed on sanitizing and was done. The 1-3hr job took him only 30 minutes. Have documented time he called informing he was on the way& time he called us from the basement saying he was finished with the job which was about 45min later& this inc time to set everything up
Carpet still soaked& he said just wait overnite but still soaked on a.m. Added on fee$ since I used credit card. How did he know it would be exactly an even $4.64fee?. Bill would have been $85.32 and came to 90$. Should of complained more I doubt the company adds on such a fee

Great customer service. Very kind and friendly! Amazing job on the carpet it hasn't looked so wonderful in years! The smell is wonderful too and did not bother my highly sensitive lungs at all. I was really happy about that as I've had to leave my house for a few days to let the cleaning fumes dissipate in the past. I honestly recommend this service you won't be disappointed!

Love Tim and his company. We got a new puppy and he had some accidents while house training and Tim cleaned up our carpets today, you wouldn't know that anything happened. Been using him for years.

Tim is great - his prices are more than reasonable, and he really cares about using safe products. On top of that, I was astonished at how much of an improvement there was to the carpets after it was cleaned. I can't recommend them enough.

I chose Organic Green Carpet Clean based on the company's rating and reviews on Angie's List. I made an excellent choice. Tim, owner of the company was very meticulous and hardworking. He cleaned carpeting in 3 rooms, a hallway and the upholstery on my sofa, loveseat and chair. The results were amazing!! I highly recommend Organic Green Carpet Clean and would use them again!!!

I highly recommend Organic Green! Tim did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and stairs in my house. What a difference--they look brand new and everything smelled so fresh afterward. I love that he uses only organic products!! He was punctual and very professional as well!

We chose Organic Clean to clean our basement carpet to avoid harsh chemicals in our finished basement. Tim did an excellent job cleaning our large sectional and ~800 sq ft of carpeted space. It was rather embarrassing to see how much dirt he got out of our carpet and our 10 year old sectional looks almost like the day we bought it. Not only did Tim do a great job, he was flexible with scheduling. We had to back up the appointment a week due to contractors still working and he was extremely understanding. Lastly, the room smells fresh and is without any chemical smell. I highly recommend Organic Clean for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will be using their services in the future.

All I can say is wow! Tim did an amazing job on my carpets, upholstered chairs, area rugs and couches. His attention to detail was impeccable and he was very responsive to every email and phone call I had. I generally get my carpets professionally cleaned once a year because I have small children and a pet. I haven’t been completely satisfied with the other companies I’ve used in the past because they seem to just do a hurried job and I was also looking for a company that used organic cleaning products. I was 100% satisfied with organic green and would definitely recommend them for all of your cleaning needs. I will be scheduling my next clean in 6 months with them. Thanks again so much

Great job cleaning the carpets and couch. Tim was meticulous, and you can tell he took pride in his work. This is not the first time we have hired them, and the quality has been consistent each time. There were many stains on the carpet I didn’t think could be removed, but they were. He called the day before as a reminder and took his time to get it done right. The price was fair and close to his competitors. I appreciate all your hard work and won’t hesitate to call again. Thank you!
