I had a fantastic experience with this carpet cleaning service! DeVon arrived right on time and was incredibly courteous and polite throughout the entire visit. He worked efficiently while still being very thorough, and I really appreciated how thoughtful he was about my circumstances—especially as I was juggling two kiddos and a dog. My carpets look great, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent. I was told they can be out the same day between 1-4. Arrived at 1. Very friendly, tech took his time moving my plants, chairs, even took photos to place them back exactly how they were. Excellent cleaning of my tile floors. I did not know how dirty until the cleaning was done. They did not look too dirty before, but wow so bright and just like new! My grout was even sparkly! Definitely recommend.

Kai was awesome. He did a great job. We reviewed the areas needing cleaned & then he got to work. Was done in a little over an hour. Highly recommend.

Ron was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He was in and out getting my carpets and kitchen tile floor looking like they were brand new! It’s the first time the textured white tile of our kitchen has actually been 100% white and sparkling clean since we purchased our home 3 years ago despite me trying every method at home. He asked questions to help determine what was needed and made great recommendations! Goal over achieved at the end. Highly recommend Ron from Stanley Steemer!!

Wonderful job, explained process very well. Sent out wool area rug off to be cleaned at their facility, had the couch cleaned, and the hardwood cleaned and polished.

Patrick did a wonderful job. I had several spots that I was not sure what they were or how they got there. The carpeting hadn't been cleaned for a couple years as my husband was quite ill and I couldn't get it done. He took time to spray every spot and remove them and did a wonderful job. Can't say enough about how hard he worked

Aka was prompt, polite and friendly. Had us look the area over to be sure we were satisfied. He checked when discovering our area rug is wool snd needs to be taken in. He got pricing and explained the process in detail. We were offered a free spot cleaner to use in the meantime so wondering now how I obtain that. I forgot to ask before he left so that's on me. Very satisfied and happy to learn of your relationship with Costco which provided a nice savings.

Technician was courteous. He was very respectful of my home, explained everything he would be doing and did an amazing job! My furniture looked brand new afterwards.

Tidy Angels has been my go-to cleaning service in Cleveland. As a landlord, my tenant (single mom, 3 children) left 5 years worth of mess in a 2-bedroom-1-bath unit and Miss Aaliyah’s team went above and beyond to meet my schedule and accomplish an amazing move-in cleaning that has left my new tenant feeling refreshed and comfortable in the space. Zero complaints. Miss Aaliyah communicated her scope clearly during the walk-through and brought a warm yet focused temperament to the work. I have since welcomed her into my own space regularly for deep cleans, particularly before the arrival of important guests. As a leader, she can interpret what’s on my mind and cater flexibly to my needs when some appointments need emphasis on kitchen/bathroom and some need emphasis on de-cluttering. I trust Tidy Angels to the point where I can say “I need help with Everything” and all my worries are gone by the time they are out the door. Highly recommend
