Kevin did such a good job cleaning our carpets. Highly recommend him. The carpet looks great!!!

Kevin was beyond punctual, even picking up and dropping off earlier than he'd first quoted! We didn't have any visible stains, so it's hard to know, but the cleaning seems good! I especially appreciated that Kevin called to check with me about an area on the rug that was a part of the design but looked like it could have been a stain.

Kevin from K&L was fantastic to work with! So easy to schedule a pick-up of my rug, he did an excellent job with cleaning it and getting out the stains from my toddlers, and dropped off directly to me and made sure I liked the end result! Very communicative and kind! Will absolutely use K&L again.

Kevin was fantastic. He did the two bedrooms and stairs in our house that have carpet and they look brand new. We were considering just replacing the carpet in one of the rooms that was in worse shape but it looks new again.

Kevin was the epitome of professional. I contacted them for a cleaning of 2 bedrooms in an upstairs unit of a duplex. When setting the appointment I made it known I had a client that morning but I would push back to get him in. The morning of the appointment he text me when he was on his way with clear direction on his parking needs, and even arrived a little earlier than our appointment time so I could make it to my client on time. He was in and out in under 30 minutes.
*My entire apartment is under 900sqft, so the rooms aren't large.
*there is a shared closet between the rooms.
I will be using them for future cleanings and recommending him + his company to anyone who asks.

Today K &L Carpet and Upholstery cleaning came out to my rental house after I Evicted the tenants. Two 20 yard dumpsters were needed to clear out the house, it was filthy! The carpet though good quality looked horrible! 😕 It was beyond a do it yourself carpet cleaning, this requires SEAL TEAM 6 !! I called K & L Carpet cleaning, he came out with professional equipment and experience and brought this carpet back to life. Saving me thousands of dollars in replacement costs! I am so pleased with the results 🙂

This morning I had Kevin from K&L carpet come to my home to repair three damaged areas in my carpet in two different rooms thanks to a new puppy. Kevin contacted me the same day I reached out to K&L and was able to come to do the work on the day and time I requested. The morning of he gave me thirty minute heads up text that he would be here and he showed up exactly then... Kevin was very friendly, professional and worked quickly. Kevin was kind and professional, he showed up promptly and really helped me in a pinch with this being a last minute service for moving. I had one large room, one medium sized room, a walk in closet and two sets of stairs taken care of, They turned out really great! I had a great experience with Kevin. I was running a little behind, and he was very understanding and patient. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole visit. He did a great job, he was quick and efficient. I’d definitely recommend him!

I spilled some red nail polish on my two year old beige carpet. It was quite large stain, as the bottle had tumbled off an ottoman and bounced. I tried every remedy I could find. Some of it came out but it was taking me hours. I finally figured I would have to go have it patched. I got Kevin’s number and looked up the reviews. All 5 stars! I called and explained what happened. He came the next day and studied the stain for a long time before saying he could get the stain out..He was so reassuring I felt better right away. He had to come back today(Sunday) exactly on time for both appointments. In a couple hours, our carpet shows no signs of the polish. I will definitely recommend him for any of his services👍👍👍

K&L picked up a well-loved and used 8x10 oriental that had not been cleaned in at least 15 years with a matching runner. The carpets were returned to us earlier than promised - and they looked incredible. The fibers and colors looked amazing. Additionally, Kevin picked up and cleaned two other area rugs that were in high traffic areas. He returned them looking new. We have almost always had a dog or were baby sitting a dog and these carpets got a work out. We could not be more pleased with the results. We would definitely use K&L again.
