I visited yesterday and you guys made my day! I was so grateful with all the knowledge and help provided. No other store has made that much of an effort to ever help me like you guys did. I say this with 100% support - you guys should have a tip jar or option to add it to credit card. I would have loved to tip as you guys saved me hours, lots of money and frustration, etc.

This place is beyond excellent. Jason helped us figure out next steps for our broken 1950s sink faucet. When it was clear it couldn’t be fixed, instead of trying to sell us on a cheap new faucet or getting irritated with us for asking to repair such an old fixture in the first place, he looked up an exact match for us to replace it with. A new, exact match for a seventy year old faucet! Then he got the old pipe ends and cartridges out of a very rusty but irreplaceable mixing valve from the same bathroom, reconnected pipe ends and new cartridges, and installed new knobs in about 10 minutes today! Thank you!

This place is a lifesaver. I get home to a furnace with a code,, pressure switch faulty.

Needed replacement stems for a double handled shower faucet. Couldn't find anything like it in stock anywhere else. Texted pics, and got a fast response confirming they had available parts that I was able to pick up next day. Store is clean and well stocked, staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Super helpful staff. Brought in a 40 year old shower pull out stem valve. Sold me the correct kit, took the time to assemble it. If you need parts and expertise, this is the place.

Walked in with a part of my shower Stem. I didn't even know what the part in my hand was called.
I didn't catch the guys name who helped me, long hair, nice guy.
He knew exactly what I needed, walked me through the entire rebuild process and made sure I was good to go. Set me up with some new Tub Stems, Seats, Nipples, Flanges and Handles. An hour later, my shower is Fixed and works better than it ever has before.

I'm not a plumber and don't often find myself needing plumbing supplies, but I will be referring everyone I know and will be making this my first stop for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

I have frequented this establishment for years and am always pleased with the experience. I think the biggest benefits for me have been the professional expert advice that has saved me countless hours as well as the availability of otherwise difficult to find parts.

My furnace went out a few days ago, I found out what was needed. Gave them a call to find out it they had what I needed for my very old but in great condition furnace, the woman i spoke with was very nice and allowed me to text her pics of exactly what i needed, for that i am very appreciative! Once I got there the gentleman at the counter had already looked at the pic and know what i was there for......Great service!

These guys take the time to talk to you, get you what you need, every time its the right parts, and advice. A gem for anyone dealing with any type of plumbing work, pro or diy.

Have been going here for over 30 years. They are very knowledgeable and will even give you some good advice on how to install the item you are buying from them.

Called and asked if they had a specific drain in stock and the woman on the phone said yes, we have multiple sizes bring it in and we'll match it. I drive 30 minutes, wait in like for 15, only to be told they rarely have ever seen my kind of drain and don't have anything in stock. I'm glad I wasted my time because they aren't all on the same page or they need someone who knows what a customer is asked about before saying they have it available.

Great spot, helped me replace a hard to find shower cartridge in no time at all.

My go to place for anything that has to do with plumbing. The guys here are super and will help you figure out your plumbing problem, putting the extra effort into making sure your project is successful.

Saved the day with an unusual diverter. My plumber didn't have it, sent me to Ace Hardware. The older gentleman there immediately referred me to Menyhart. Fast and friendly transaction. Very thankful for this plumbing store!!!

They had parking, were very courteous over the phone, had the part, and excellent service in person.

I had this old faucet and they found the parts for it to replace the valves and now it works at a minimal price and even rebuilt it for me! They are awesome here!!!!
