Moe was awesome! Came out and installed my sink and dishwasher very quickly! He even went to the store to get extra parts that were needed. I feel very happy with my decision to go with Moe from Carey Plumbing and I recommend anyone else who is in need of plumb work to do the same!

I called Carey Plumbing in the morning because I had a leaky basement pipe that supplied water to my kitchen sink the dispatcher said someone would be able to come out the same day Mike and James came to my house about an hour later diagnosed the issue and gave me the price for the repair which was very fair they completed the work quickly did a great job and were very professional and courteous.I would recommend Carey Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber

Meet With Mr. Carey. Received a quote for some work on gas line (black Pipe). As, I was cleaning out the Dryer Vent to the exterior of the home, noticed an issue with a shutoff valve and elbow. Called Carey Plumbing as I meet with one of the men at a supply house (Menyhart Plumbing & Heating Supply Co) as I was buying new 4" galvanized duct to do a repair on aforementioned dryer duct.
I wanted a quote for new elbow and shutoff valve and a Pressure Test on the system (Gas Company comes out and the gas line system cant hold gas strong chance they while redtag(shutoff) gas to Home/Business)

Mr. Carey arrived He correctly pointed out an old geese valve which also needed to be removed. Mr. Carey Priced out a few options to resolve the known issues. Came to Agreement.

The next day James and Michael arrived to do the work. Michael Pointed out something else that need to be corrected. I agreed (expect there to be unknown things arising, Budget accordingly). Later on Nick came to replace Michael. The Plumbers worked all day to correct issues.

At the end of the day work area was kept cleaned, Work was done for a fair price.

Nick gave a few Helpful pointers. I cant really say enough about Nick and everyone else really helpful. Great Job guys

Carey Plumbing sent Mo over to help with a clogged main sewer line. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted the job, and addressed the issue in an efficient manner. He did a great job explaining the issue and how to prevent it going forward - even showed me his findings. He also provided a few solutions/estimates for another plumbing issue without any pressure. Their offices are always prompt to respond and I will continue to trust them with all my plumbing needs in the future.

Called them because the Google reviews were close to excellent. Made an appointment for the next day at 3pm. I have a bath tub drain that will NOT drain at all. Next thing I know im getting back to back calls at 9:45AM on the day of the appointment while im at work. Dude said he's 20 minutes away. Im a single mother with a full time job. I won't be home till about 2:45pm. I told the technician that the appointment was scheduled until 3pm. He said they like to be done with their work day at 3:30pm and asked if I could get some one to meet him at my home so he could address the issue. I tried and could not find any one with access at such a short notice. I told him I would be available at 3 and he said he couldn't do 3pm. I called to speak to a supervisor because why are yall scheduling appointments you can't keep? And I have yet to speak with one. Very disappointed. Dont waste your time. ..

Had an issue with my kitchen faucet. Mo and James came out the same day I called and were able to quickly diagnose the problem and installed a new faucet for me. They were courteous, informative and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again! Thank you!

Great guys. Came when they said they would. Prompt diagnosis and repair. Reasonable estimate. Pleasant, honest and personable. I will use them again. These are the guys whose phone number you put on the refrigerator for emergencies!:)

We had Scott, Mike and the team out to repair our clogged sewer pipe and install a new water line to our house. Never a fun project if you’re a homeowner. These guys were polite, respectful, always informative and more professional than anyone we have ever worked with before. They informed us on every step of the process and were honest in everything they did.

I’ll be calling them for any of our plumbing needs in the future.

I could not recommend Carey Plumbing enough. I’ve hired them a couple times now, first for main line issues and most recently to replace my water heater that was damaged during the CPP electrical surge. Scott and his team respond super quickly, are very fairly priced, and their work is top notch! I really appreciate that they understand Ohio City homes too, as these homes definitely have unique quirks. Give them a call!

We hired Carey plumbing to remove and replace an old bathtub, toilet and sink.
The existing plumbing was over 100 years old and they assessed and replaced what was necessary. The old tub was not easily removed and though they had to break it into small pieces and cart it away, they left the worksite spotlessly clean each day. Many contractors clean up just once at the end of the job.
The end result was astonishing and their care of our new tub was superb. There were no chips or scratches and everything is sparkling new and works fine.

Nick and James were especially patient, polite and professional. Easily navigating a challenging task.
We heartily recommend Carey Plumbing.

Had Gordon come out for another project this week and he was awesome as usual. Got my vessel sink and faucet installed, and tucked everything into a tight footprint under my vanity. Can't even tell there is plumbing under there. And he put my toilet in as well in about 15 minutes. Won't hesitate when it's time for the kitchen plumbing.

We've had Mayes & Sons service through HomeServe for years. We have also called them for needs not covered through HomeServe. They're always on time, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We've never had a problem. They always do good work. We would recommend them to anyone.

Mayes & Sons was sent out by Rheem for a warranty claim on my HWT. Rheem & Mayes have been great to work with. I filed the claim with Rheem today and the tech was dispatched and parts were ordered same day! I appreciate the exceptional customer service from both companies! This type of service is hard to find anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
We have worked with Mayes & Sons in the past with no issues through our insurance. However, our last service was an absolute NIGHTMARE.
One of there employees came out to service a backed up sewer line (which has been done multiple times in the past due to tree roots) He cleared the line but left a PLASTIC BAG OF WATER AND FECES in a trap door where he serviced the line!
We had no idea of this until 3 months later when we had an infestation of drain flies!!!! It was so bad that they were in the oven, fridge, window sills. It was a disgusting nightmare for our entire family, including our 3 children. We couldn't even sit down for a month to eat dinner without flies around our head or in our food.
We called them directly and our insurance and NEITHER OF THEM TOOK ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THIS! I called Mayes & Sons and asked to speak with a manager and they NEVER CALLED ME BACK. This was after calling twice!!
Now we have to pay $800 a year for ORKIN to come and spray, and I’m afraid the drain flies will never go away because of this horrible , incompetent, unprofessional display of workmanship.

Fixed our problem under our kitchen sink promptly and professionally.
