I was already impressed from my initial phone call with Bobby & Sam they were very friendly and professional. They got me a same day appointment. I was greatful as I had no hot water. David and Jhonny arrived on time and exceeded my expectations. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and professional. They did an assessment of my water heater, diagnosed the problem, removed and replaced it. They explained everything to me which really helped ease my mind. I will definitely use them again in the future and suggest you do the same. You will not be disappointed.!

Twas the day before Thanksgiving and no hot water in the house. It’s 2:58 PM and I have hot water! The Tech Jacob was very good, polite and knowledgeable. No issues, just good quick service. Appreciate the fast response and service. Zero hesitation to use again if needed.

Jacob was a great technician and exhausted all options in attempt to save my hot water tank. Ultimately, it needed replaced and the pricing was fair. Cheapest estimate out of multiple estimates. Explained everything as he was working. Definitely recommend Mayes & Sons and they will continue to be my go-to for plumbing.

I found my tech talking on his phone with foot up on dash discussing that he could make the appt last to what I thought it might cost. He was not as knowledgeable as promised and my faucet still isn't installed proper. The plumbers glue he used started flaking out almost immediately and continues to do so. Faucet only turns so far and i trully believe he took advantage of my desperation to finally try to get it fixed. Shame on his work ethics to take advantage!!!!!!!!

My issue is we are now 5 weeks out and I still have a hole in my tree lawn. I called the week after they were done on my street and was told the records showed it was done but that they would reach out to the foreman that was still in the area working. A week later I called again the gentlemen I spoke with said he would put a message to his manger. Just over a week later I call again and the gentlemen I spoke with said some one drove by and said it was done. I explained it was not done and he said he would forward the message again. We are now 2 weeks after that call and nothing is done again. I offered to send photos but they did not want them I told them the hole was a long the side walks so it's not easy to see from a car on the street.

Jacob our technician was fantastic! He called early to give me a time frame and then called while on his way within the timeframe given. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue with our water tank! We have hot water again and so thankful for the fast service! Highly recommend, thanks Jacob!

Matt did a wonderful job clearing my very clogged kitchen drain and providing his detailed knowledge about how to change my plumbing for improved efficiency. Dependable and experienced technician and reliable service provider.

Tony was my plumber (a couple times now) and he is so professional, knowledgeable, and always does a great job on all of my bathroom & kitchen plumbing issues! He’s fixed all my toilet, bathtub, sinks, kitchen, & shower issues. The company is so good at communicating and setting up appointments quickly and letting you know they are on their way, they are efficient with time, and do quality work! I highly recommend Mayes & Sons for any and all plumbing jobs!

They came in and got right to work. The technician Collin was informal about what was going on with my plumbing and that made me extremely comfortable knowing Mayes and Sons would be taking care of my plumbing needs. Mayes & Sons fixed a plumbing issue for one of our customers and did a great job. They diagnosed the leaking valve that needed to be replaced and fixed the issue. My customer was very happy. They communicate well and very fairly priced.

Hired Mayes and Sons to come fix a leak I’d been dealing with. Matt the technician they sent out was great. He took the necessary time out to locate the leak, and made sure there were no other problems. He repaired the pipe and gave me clear Instructions on how to manage everything. He was great

In response to a home warranty ticket we filed for a leaking shower in our new house, Mayes and Sons Plumbing was contracted to the job. Basically if you took a shower on the 2nd floor, there was a shower waiting for you through the drywall on the first floor.

The plumbers that showed up claimed the issue came from the tile of the shower and had nothing to do with the plumbing.

They offered us virtually no technical description in writing as to what the issue was and where the actual leak path was. They gave us practically no technical insight as to what the issue with the tiling causing the leak was. They just wrote two grammatically unintelligible sentences on a receipt stating it's a tiling issue.

We needed some statement from Mayes and Sons to relay to our sellers in order to request a repair on our newly purchased house. After hounding Mayes for something in writing for a few weeks, my husband wrote a technical description as to what he believes might be the problem and asked Mayes to sign off on the description in concurrence.

The general manager at Mayes refused with the reasoning that "that isn't something we have ever done."

Seems like these plumbers lack the intelligence quotient required to articulate their work in writing and believe any signature they put on a piece of paper is a legal liability.

I reccomend finding a more competent plumber for your money.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Mayes & Sons. I had a hot water tank replaced today by a technician named Jake. I would like to give a shout out to both Jake as well as Mayes & Sons. To start, my technician called in the morning with an ETA of 9am. At 9am there was the truck pulling in my driveway. My technician was very professional and very friendly. He worked quickly to switch out my hot water tank and explained things along the way. This is our first experience with Mayes & Sons, but I can promise it will not be our last. My husband had called yesterday afternoon to try to get on schedule, and we were booked for an appointmentless than 24hours later. Thank you Mayes & Sons for taking care of us so quickly!

Recently had a great experience with this plumbing company. There was a little hiccup but they apologized and corrected the situation immediately. Excellent customer service is a rarity and that alone, in addition to the great work, will definitely have me use them again.

We have been introduced to various plumbing companies through our home warranty and eventually came across Mayes & Sons. We had some work completed last year that was done very well, but we were also having an issue with a blocked pipe that no other plumbing company could figure out and kept redirecting us. Mayes and Sons was able to locate the issue and give us sound advice on what we had to do. Finally this year, a year later, we were ready to get the issue fixed and called on Mayes & Sons outside of our warranty because we felt confident in what they stated would get the job done. Lo and behold! the same technician that we had last year, Matt K. came out and took care of the issue. He was prompt, courteous, and highly professional. He took time to complete the job and cleaned up after he was done. My husband and I are extremely happy with the outcome and pleased with a job excellently done. Matt is a great worker and a great representation of this company. With top notch service like this we will continue to call on Mayes and Sons for our plumbing needs.
