We had a floor drain back up with raw sewage. Masters of Disasters showed up exactly when they said they would and after a couple hours, you would never have known what happened. Their guys were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone!

I'm in facility services and work across 48 states and use many remediation and disaster clean up companies and none of them are as good, honest and responsive as MOD. I recommend them to all of my friends and clients.

We had a fire in april of 2022, they have YET to finish the job in August of 2023. They send one person at a time, to do one hour of work and then leave for another two weeks. They are extremely lousy with getting work done in a set time, they are making my entire family wait to move in for over a year because of how unprofessional they are witu getting work conpleted. If you ever have a disaster and need someone to get work done in a timely manner, MOD is the last choice I would ever pick. Maybe if they actually showed up to work and completed their task before leaving for weeks at a time, this review would be different. But they are still awful at getting the job done, and I would never recommend someone to this conpany ever again.

Although you never want to have to use their services, if you are in a situation where water has damaged your house, Masters of Disasters would be a great choice to help clean it up! Our washing machine, which is located on the top level of our home, started leaking and caused water damage from the 2nd floor down to our basement. After one quick call to MOD on a Saturday night, they were at my house within 2 hours. The guys who came, specifically Bryan, Mike and Joe, were professional, polite, personable and helped ease my fear of having to replace my entire ceiling. Their equipment fully dried our ceilings and walls within 4 days and mitigated any additional damage we would have sustained had they not come. They are fair and honest in their pricing and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers.

MOD handled a not so great Disaster in a basement of a home I rehabbed. After lots of cleaning from contractors we could not get a smell out of the house. They came in and were the only ones who could fix the problem!

Bryan, Mike and team were able to quickly and efficiently help cleanup a 1/4” of water in our lobby and get a plan in place that was as least disruptive as possible and allowed us to not have any unplanned closures. They were easy to work with and a knowledgeable group of guys!

Excellent experience. They came highly recommended from a friend as my toilet was leaking underneath every time I flushed it and leaking downstairs into my kitchen!!!!!! Called them after hours on a Monday night. The man was so sweet. He told me to refrain from flushing the toilet overnight as best I can and that clean water was leaking which was correct. He had his guys out there at 9am the next morning. They were professional, fixed the problem in like 20 minutes. With a new seal. And cleaned up afterwards. The price was excellent and they did not charge me an emergency fee. Now no more leaks. Yay

Cleveland MOD has performed multiple project for me at my company. Bryan has always gone above and beyond to make sure they get the job done right and on time for me. He will answer is phone no matter what time of day it is. I highly recommend them for all of your restoration or remediation needs!
