Shawn was very thorough in explaining the damage and what can and should be done. Collin was exact in describing and explaining the paperwork needed to be signed along with why my signature was needed. We recently suffered a house fire and had a LOT of fire, smoke and soot damage. We have had personnel from ServPro of The North Coast on site since the beginning of this mishap. These individuals have been wonderful! They are caring and polite and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable about getting your damaged belongings out of the house and packaged for either cleaning or disposal. They handle all items with care and document all items never complaining about the heat and humidity and smell of burnt debris while working in the house. One person that deserves special mention is Liz Baginski of the ServPro team. She is super friendly and caring and professional and goes to great extremes to make sure that our damaged belongings are gone through and tagged and bagged accordingly. She listens to our special requests and is very compassionate about the feelings people have after experiencing this type of loss. And she really knows her business too. And we would like to also mention ServPro estimator LaShawn Hill who was our first contact at ServPro following the fire. He is truly a professional in his field and is really compassionate about making us feel as comfortable as possible during this rough time. He is always responsive to our needs and always answers his phone. Thank you again to the entire ServPro team that has worked at our house !!!

Three young men showed up to clean up the disaster in my kitchen after water damage. They phoned to let me know when they would arrive and were prompt.
They were very friendly and professional.
They were careful to contain the mess and remove it .
They are knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation.
They are a good example of motivated, young men in the work force.
I highly recommend them and would use their services for future disasters.

Mikey, Matt, Fred and Nelson did an amazing job. I am so impressed with their professionalism and the work they did. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They worked hard and fast. After our basement had sewage backup we were completely stressed and lost for words. They definitely made this process a lot easier to deal with. Highly recommend and will use again in future if needed!

I can't say enough about these guys. My condo flooded last week, and they were here the next day. they tore up my wood floors and opened my walls and dried everything out, taking care not to damage any of my things (they covered everything in plastic). they also worked well with my insurance company. great work!

My insurance company had Servpro come out after my utility area was damaged by water that leaked over the floor for several days. LaShawn initially came out to estimate what would be required to remove wet tiles, drywall and prevent mold. A crew of two, Ed and Ray, came out to take up the tiles and wet drywall, moved all the furniture and covered it with tarps and then put in several dryers to remove the moisture. After a few days, they came back and removed the dryers. An estimator also came out to assess the restorative work that will be needed. The office has scheduled this work to begin in four days, the start of the week.

This team of ladies Michelle, Denise and Brittany were phenomenal!! Worked very fast and efficient and extremely thorough! An absolute pleasure to have out to my store to get it cleaned! Thank you Servpro👍
