Greg, Josh and Tony are a doing the most fantastic job in our home. They have made a very bad situation so much easier for us. So professional and showing so much care for our family.

Josh, Mickey, and Ray were very professional and polite. They really helped us out.

Our home was skunked the day before Christmas Eve. It’s sprayed underneath the porch which permeated the whole entire house. It was unbearable. SERVPRO came out as soon as I called. They set up 2 machines to help eliminate the odor and purify their air. They were clean, neat, fantastic, efficient, and affordable. I would highly recommend their services!

Unfortunately, we have had to use ServPro twice for water damage at our home. Both times, they were outstanding. After calling, they showed up within an hour and immediately started bringing in fans and other equipment to deal with the water.

The team was large, probably around ten people, and everything felt organized and efficient right from the start. Everyone was professional and clearly experienced.

We especially want to thank Greg, the general manager, along with Ray and John. Ray and John were incredibly helpful, particularly when it came to managing our two dogs and our cat during the process. Having mitigation work going on while trying to keep pets safe and calm is traumatic, and they were patient, thoughtful, and went out of their way to help.

We are very thankful for the entire ServPro team and would absolutely call them again if we ever need their help.

Working with David regarding complete front & back porch remodel. Very professional, friendly, accurate and on time.

They didn't respond to my calls about coming to finish my door repair for over a month and then took another 3 weeks to offer a solution. They then provided a shoddy solution and when they came to fix it were rude and surly and mad at us for pointing it out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Had fire and soot damage throughout the house and needed the entire house re-painted. The crew that was assigned to the job were very professional and did an excellent job. Our family thanks them greatly.

Where do I begin. My insurance company sent this company out a day or so after a 1/4” of water was in some areas of my basement ( I did the majority of the cleanup the day before). They came in and cut out about a foot of drywall and maybe 6 ft of carpet. Placed some fans down and were out. My father helped with a lot of that since I was at work. After 2 days of fans running 24 hours a day they came back to get their fans and left a bill for $2500. I was waiting for the insurance company to pay me out for the claim all the while “Jean”was constantly calling and telling me I needed to pay ASAP. It was at that point I decided to ask for a actual contract they said I signed and the quote showing their hourly rate. She did not have a contract that I physically signed and couldn’t show me an hourly rate because it was considered an emergency service ( weekday between the hours of 8-5 is emergency I guess) I decided to wait to pay until she could furnish these items for me to justify the charges. Talked with the owner Hank and told him he’d get paid as soon as I received that info. In the meantime the pleasant woman (sarcastic) Jean started calling and threading Liens and going after my mother in law and wife also calling their places of work. They will share private information with random people that aren’t even on the home, the work (if that’s what you would call what they did) was performed on. Still havent revived said info and after constantly badgering everyone I know I decided to just pay it to make the B disappear. I would avoid this company at all costs because they can’t even get the numbers for you regarding what it’ll cost. And then get angry when you ask.

I had a small electrical fire in my kitchen and the insurance co recommended Liberty. They staff that worked in my home were experienced and showed great craftsmanship. I was extremely happy with the out come and attention to detail by the crew.

Shawn and Jason did a great job with my room and our house. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting done. We had major damage due to soot and it’s like we have a new home. I can’t thank them enough!

We had a water leak in between our first and second floors. We had damage to the ceiling and walls in two rooms. Dealing with Liberty Home Contractors was a pleasant experience given the mess we were dealing with. The work was done in cooperation with our schedule as we were also dealing with the holidays. The work crews were very professional and the work performed was very good. I would highly recommend Liberty for any projects and would use them again if the need arises. Thank you!

Cameron, Shawn and Jason are absolutely amazing. From the first estimate to the immaculate painting to the keeping my house live-able, I can't give enough praise for these guys and this company. They are extremely professional and courteous and I highly recommend them. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

These guys are a joke. I had them out TWICE to my home for a simple estimate. The first employee who came out really seemed to know what he was doing and spend quite a while speaking with me. When I called back a few days later cause I never received my estimate they told me he no longer worked for the company. We called back and made an appointment for Hank Sr. to come out. He came out on Friday when we had scheduled the appointment for the following Monday. Not a huge problem, but still a bit of an inconvenience. After looking around were told would have an estimate emailed to us. Well after 2 phone calls and over a month later there was never an estimate sent and we moved on to a more reliable, commutative contractor. I cant even begin to speculate the quality of their work because no one will never call you back and frankly Hank Sr is a flake.
