2.7.2026 review: When your property needs disaster mitigation, look no further than Integrated Restoration:

Sunday night last week my heart broke as I viewed water pouring through walls and floors at a home that was completely renovated two years ago. Ice damming AND a burst pipe were wreaking havoc on the beautiful floors and walls. I mobilized several contractors via text, then called Integrated Restoration but I was interrupted with an emergency call from my plumber while I was in the process of leaving a message.

Here's the FIRST really impressive thing: Although I hadn't left my phone number due to the plumber's interruption, five minutes later my phone rang with an Integrated representative calling ME to ask how they could help. They'd heard the partial message, looked at the phone logs, found my number, and called me back. Dominic was my first contact, and he was great. He put my mind at ease, gave me next steps, and shared his personal phone number so I could remain in touch seamlessly.

Within several hours of our conversation, a crew was scheduled for early Monday to assess the damage and begin damage mitigation.
Technician Josh T. arrived earlier than scheduled despite the fact that the company was handling numerous other ice damming and broken pipe emergencies. He explained the process, viewed the situation, and put my anxiety to rest with his kindness and gentle sense of humor. I signed an authorization for work, and within hours, floors were removed, dryers were in place, and the house was on the way to being put back together.

Josh made it clear that there were a number of ways to move forward. They could do the damage mitigation only, OR, they could also be involved with restoring the property. There was no push to sell up or overreach. Three days later: the property is completely dried and cleaned, floors are removed, and Monday morning next week, new flooring install will begin.

Dominic continued to remain in touch, and Josh has stayed close, insuring that we have been 100% satisfied at every step.

What began as a very stressful situation was resolved seamlessly.

We are currently experiencing a roof issue in our home due to the massive snow storm that hit over the past week. I called Integrated, spoke with Kevin Dellatre, their Estimator, and he walked me through their process. Kevin gave me tips on how to minimize my damage and personally came out to write an estimate covering all damage for my insurance. I am extremely happy with Integrated's service.

Had a flood issue that ruined all my floors in the condo. Martin did a great job coordinating on time with his work crew cleaning and replacing all my floors. Always kept it professional and updated me in a timely manner. Ricky understood my stress with the process showed professionalism in helping me have a smooth process with the project. I would definitely recommend.

Integrated Restoration has done absolutely fantastic work every time I have worked with them. As someone who has worked in the property insurance industry for years, I can confidently say that Integrated Restoration is one of the best companies in the Cleveland Area. I highly recommend them.

I had a leak at my house in Orange this fall. It caused significant damage to the house's frame, windows and drywall. Mike Stuckart personally came out, assessed my damage and informed me we needed to have it done before the Winter storms. He personally saw to it that qualified laborers working for Integrated showed up as scheduled and began work. They fixed my house, left no mess and we've had no issue since. I HIGHLY recommend Integrated for any reconstruction work in the Cleveland area.

Rick and his team were amazing when our. Basement flooded like crazy from a frozen pipe bursting. They moved fast and were very thorough - we were leaving for a trip and they jumped into action and were very trustworthy with their work and approach. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I never knew how far Water could run regardless to it, It loo Intergrated Restoration are angels sent from heaven. They came into my home professionally they were always on time. They did a complete restoration to my home and now it looks like it was before the flooding. I was very impressed with the work that they did. You can’t improve perfection but what I was more impressed with was the team of employees who represented the company very well one particular person that I was constantly in contact with his name is Jake I cannot tell you how he became almost like family to me kind considerate just someone you would always like to have around the company is where I will go. If anyone asks me for a referral hopefully, I will never have to have this problem again, but if I do, I know who I’m calling integrated restoration thank you.

When a tornado caused a tree to fall on our house, our insurance agent highly recommended Integrated Restoration to assist us with the damage repair. They were right! Mike from Integrated called 20 minutes later and was at our house at 9:00 the next morning, as promised, to assess the damage. As an emergency claim, Integrated's tree company was removing the tree at 11:00. And by 2:00 that afternoon, Mike and Ricky had climbed off the roof leaving it tarped and secure. Even our neighbors commented on how fast they worked.

Then Kevin and Ricky worked with our insurance company and the independent adjuster to estimate the damage and negotiate a very favorable settlement. Integrated hired, scheduled, and supervised all the restoration work - roofing, carpentry, electrical, siding, and gutters/drainpipes - in a timely manner without delays on their part. (The siding we selected was not in stock, but after it was delivered the installer was on the job ASAP.) Cole, their carpenter, even helped us upgrade a few architectural/design details (at our cost) which made an unexpected renovation more rewarding.

Bottom line: Integrated Restoration turned what could have been a disaster into a pleasant renovation. No stress. No worries. Just two very happy clients! 5/5 - No Notes!

Pros - honest pricing and assessment. I had 4 water damage companies come out to assess a burst pipe. This was the only company that didn’t push an insurance claim and upsell the job to something insane. Punctual and strong communication - project lead had a work phone and just texted to communicate. Very easy. Jake and Dean lead the work and took care to minimize damage (put floor matts down) and were respectful. I had a few minor concerns over the aesthetics of the repair and these items were promptly addressed without any hassle. Overall, I’m very happy with the work and feel like this is an honest company. Would recommend.

We had a GREAT experience, on our kitchen remodel, with Integrated Restoration! The team was Professional, Responsive and Courteous. Their work was top quality from start to finish. The entire process was handled smoothly, and they made sure that we stayed on time!
I want to give a special mention to the Project Manager Jake. He did a great job of keeping us updated every step of the way, answered any and all of our questions and made sure that everything was handled the right way. I can honestly say that it made the whole experience a lot easier for us.

Great Company!

Watch out for this guy "Steve". He likes to take things from your refrigerator if your not home (like booze), among other things. And when I confronted him with it, just flat out lied about it. Oh, yes, and he apparantly tripped the breaker while cleaning, and just left it that way, didnt think it was important to let anyone know.

He came and cleaned my filthy carpet and it came out perfect! He charged me a very reasonable price and I was very satisfied with results. Highly Recommended!

Advanced Cleaning Systems does all my carpet & furniture cleaning. They are fairly priced, and do fantastic work. I highly recommend Steve to anyone in the Columbus, GA area.

Steve is the man. I called him after a recommendation from a friend to clean the carpet in my house after my dog was "violently sick" as I myself couldn't get the smell or stain out with regular cleaning. I must say he did a superb job and was beyond my expectations. He has since cleaned the carpet in my truck and has done spot treatments on my bass boat. Could not recommend a better person for the local Columbus area. Is friendly, fair priced, and just all around great guy.

I tried to burn my house down a few months back and Servpro was there quickly and efficiently to take care of my house and goods. The workers that came to my house were punctual, professional and very polite. So was management, so was the office workers I talked with, overall I was very satisfied with the service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Stephen when I was dealing with a mess (Basment flooded). He was very polite and kept moving and got the job done very fast but at the same time very professional. He was working so hard I had to offer him a hand but he politely declined. He really took a lot of weight off my shoulders and I thank him and the company Servpro
